Quán rất đông khách, hầu như gần full hết bàn, lúc mình vô thì còn 2 bàn trống, nhưng k có ai ra hỏi lấy 1 câu, và cũng k thèm dọn bàn để khách ngồi bàn dơ, mình thấy có 2 bạn nhân viên chạy bàn đi ra đi vô bưng đồ cho khách đi ngang qua bàn mình rất nhiều lần, nhưng cũng k thèm quan tâm tới, mình ngồi 1 lúc với cái bàn k ai dọn và đã ra về. Mình biết quán đông cũng thông cảm ngồi đợi 1 lúc, nhưng mong quán xem lại cách sắp xếp nhân viên để phục vụ khách trong những ngày đông.

Nước lẩu đậm đà, thơm ngon, được nêm nếm vừa vị, kết hợp với các loại rau tươi và thịt bò chất lượng tạo nên hương vị hấp dẫn. Không gian quán sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, phù hợp cho những buổi gặp gỡ bạn bè, gia đình hay liên hoan nhóm. Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, nhanh nhẹn và thân thiện với khách hàng. Giá cả hợp lý so với chất lượng món ăn và khẩu phần phục vụ. Đây là một địa điểm lý tưởng để thưởng thức lẩu bò ngon và tận hưởng những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên người thân, bạn bè. Một quán ăn giá cả phải chăng và không gian khá ổn. Nếu có 1 điều góp ý thì mình mong muốn quán cải thiện chất lượng thịt bò đồng đều hơn. Vì có 1 lần mình ghé ăn thì thịt bò khá dai. Tuy nhiên quán vẫn rất đáng thử nha mọi người.

I have visited this eatery several times, but honestly, the experience hasn't met my expectations. Regarding the service, I felt it wasn't enthusiastic or attentive. Once I ordered the oxtail dish, but the meat was very tough, impossible to chew, feeling like a "spring." Another time I went with friends, the vegetables served still had sand on them, forcing us to abandon the entire hot pot because it was inedible. Initially, I came to this place because I really liked the watercress salad with beef here. However, after trying other dishes multiple times, I truly felt disappointed. The food hygiene issues make me no longer feel safe eating here. I probably won't come back.

What kind of restaurant has no staff on duty? Customers have been inside for a while but no staff comes out, the service attitude is terrible. When customers order, they say 'SOLD OUT!' with an attitude of not wanting to sell. Well then, bye.

I ordered the basic 250,000 VND set, and the portions of raw meat, round meat pouches (tripe stuffed with seasoned meat), vegetables, and noodles were generous enough for me and my child. The sauce was also tasty, but if you boil the meat pouches for too long, the outside becomes very tough, so you should put them in briefly and eat them. Alternatively, you could peel off the outer tripe, boil it briefly, and cook the inside more thoroughly. I used to wait in line all the time at Han Market, but eating here during off-peak hours is relaxed, cheap, and great. Local is the best lol.

I have to say it's TOO BAD. Every time I eat at the Dong Da location, it's really delicious. This time, buying from this location, I have to say it's a TOO BAD experience. There were big chunks of pure fat, so greasy it's scary, inside the Mongolian beef. I bought a pot for 350, but each person ate one chunk and then quit. I messaged their Facebook but they didn't reply.

Hot pot is okay, but the beef tripe balls are hard to eat.
