The owner is very friendly and helpful. He speaks a little German too. Food is amazing, broth is good and meat is very juicy. We can see that the bowl is empty (just too full for the broth).
Very authentic eatery only open in the mornings. I had one of the best Pho of my life here.

The pho has a clear but rich broth, everyone. Since I bought it for my child, there are no onions, bean sprouts, and fewer noodles. The owner is cheerful; I went around 7 o'clock, and in about a minute, I had takeout.
Service is a bit slow

The restaurant cleans tables slowly; when customers come to eat, there are still many leftover bowls and plates. The 50k chicken pho bowl only has a few measly pieces of chicken; the price is too expensive compared to the quality.
Many delicious dishes
We came for lunch two days in a row around 12:30. Both times they gestured to us that they were not working, while there were people inside.
The whole restaurant doesn't even have a single fan. I ordered a day in advance, but when I arrived, I still had to wait over an hour to eat. Overall, first and last time😌

This is a shop specializing in very delicious pho and Hanoi-style bun cha. I happened to come here and saw that it was quite crowded, the table and chair space is spacious and airy, and the parking area is large because it is located on Phan Tu Street. A small portion of Hanoi-style bun cha is 35k, and a large portion is 40k.
The pho here is very delicious, with a lot of meat for only 40k per bowl. Order the special bowl for only 55k, but it comes with plenty of beef brisket, flank, tendon, and meatballs, filling you up 😜 The eatery also serves Hanoi-style bun cha, which is also very tasty. The owner is from the North, so the pho is cooked to the authentic Northern flavor, fragrant and delicious.
When I lived on Nghiem Xuan Yen Street, I used to eat at this eatery from the very first days it opened. Usually, I don't really like Hanoi pho, but this place makes it quite delicious and to my taste. The broth is fragrant and has a strong pho aroma. The pho noodles are still chewy, not too soft. The rare beef brisket is cut just right, tender and not tough. I often order an extra bowl of egg or beef meatballs, which are also very tasty. If you don't want pho, you can try the Hanoi bun cha, which the eatery also makes with an authentic flavor.
