Not a great experience at this cafe, with one staff member not even bothering to ask customers what they want to order, and another staff member laughing at a foreigner trying to speak Vietnamese. However, one reviewer found the cafe to be pleasant with a beautiful view of the river and good service. Another reviewer found the coffee to be mediocre but enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

Very nice sitting both inside or outside
Good just that aircond is not strong enough for a June period or hot seasons.
Sadly the coffee is the worst we’ve ever had in Vietnam.

The staff didn't even bother to ask what the customer wanted to drink. While the customer was sitting, they held a mop and mopped under their feet, hitting the chair repeatedly.
The space of the shop is average, the drinks are average, the shop is stable for sitting and working.

Drinks are okay, but the price is a bit high. Overall still good. River view and air conditioning.
I ordered a mint milkshake, and it was very delicious. The girl who took my order laughed at me when I tried to speak Vietnamese. I am a foreigner. I was very angry about this and explained to her that laughing at customers when they try to speak the local language is very unprofessional behavior. I am very disappointed and hope the manager will handle this matter.
Employees smirked, the tables and chairs were wet, they said they'd wipe them but used a wet cloth making them even wetter. Asked to switch to a dry cloth to wipe, they immediately wrung it out onto the floor. It's disappointing that they hire employees with such bad attitudes.
