I passed by and stopped in at the shop at noon. The drinks and staff were friendly, but I was very annoyed by the atmosphere in the shop. Today at noon, I was quite bothered by a customer who was quite messy and threw a lot of paper. I found it displeasing. I hope the shop can address this.

Went upstairs for 15 minutes and didn't see any staff come up. Went down to the order counter and saw them sitting there laughing and tapping on their phones. When I spoke to the staff, they had a bad attitude toward customers.

Art Coffee & Milk Tea is located in a prime position right at the corner of Tran Dai Nghia Street, with a spacious and airy open space, including both an air-conditioned indoor area and an outdoor area with lots of greenery. The view overlooking the street and mountains is quite beautiful, very suitable for 'chilling' and taking photos. The drink menu is diverse and reasonably priced, especially the coffee which is rated as quite good and not too strong. However, the arrangement of tables and chairs is sometimes a bit messy, creating a feeling that the space is not truly optimized. The service is also not always quick. To improve the overall experience, Art Coffee & Milk Tea can apply Tuneast. With Tuneast, customers can choose music together, creating a lively or relaxing atmosphere depending on the time, and the shop can also easily manage the playlist according to its own style.

The shop is very cool, drinks are delicious, service is fast.

Today I ordered a bottle of water, the staff looked down on me and didn't bother to bring it (while a customer who came about 5 minutes later ordered coffee and was served first). I had to ask the staff again before they brought it. When I arrived, the staff's reception was terrible; they ignored customers, letting them grab menus and order on their own. The service quality at this restaurant is now very poor. I once politely asked a staff member for something, but they responded very rudely.

Sat for nearly an hour, 5 people, no one came to take the order, busy playing games and forgot about the customers, boring. Had to go to the counter to pay because calling out was ignored.

A good experience at Art, the staff is very lovely.

Right next to Non Nuoc Market, and near the main road, convenient for finding, moving around, as well as dating. Diverse menu, pleasant atmosphere. The eatery has an outdoor area and an air-conditioned room area. It's also easy to sit for dating with friends.

Found this coffee shop quite near Marble Mountains, so sitting here waiting for my family to visit that place. Drinks are cheap, from 20 to 35k, quite delicious!

Previously, when I came to the eatery, I noticed the tables and chairs weren't very clean, for example, the tables inside near the balcony door and the tables and chairs on the balcony. Maybe you were busy serving guests and didn't have time to wipe them, or there was a lot of traffic passing by causing dust to settle easily, so I can still understand. But I feel that the eatery doesn't have a clear measurement for mixing drinks or something. My friend and I ordered 2 cups of coconut matcha blended drink or something, I don't remember clearly, but my cup tasted a bit harsh because there was too much matcha, while my friend's cup was more fragrant and creamy with coconut flavor. I think the eatery needs to improve the drinks.

I am a regular customer here. I really had a bad experience when the staff here had a bossy attitude. I often come to the shop to do homework and leave around 10 PM, and I am frequently told to leave early by one staff member. Especially today (the day I wrote this review), the staff member rudely asked me to pay early at 9 PM and then at past 10 PM, they unplugged the fan to intimidate me. Not to mention that when this staff member's partner came, the two of them were flirting in front of customers, doing things like slapping each other's butts? Truly a bad experience, I will not come back here again.

The shop's seating space is comfortable, but the milk tea flavor is terrible, and the price is also high compared to the general level in this area.
