I've eaten here dozens of times. My family often goes there, but recently the squid rice was terrible—dry, bitter, and no rice. I gave feedback but got no response. Also, if the service paid a bit more attention to customers, it would be okay.
Regular customer, today ordered beef tendon salad. The flavor is quite okay, but the basil leaves were not picked, still whole large long stems.
