I have experienced it and found the food quite diverse. The prices are reasonable; I think it's even cheaper than some places labeled as affordable street-side eateries (they sell sparse plates with a few pieces and set low prices, but in reality, it's not cheap). Here, they sell by kilogram or by portion, and the plates are generous and satisfying. The female owner is very enthusiastic, extremely friendly and accommodating to customers (we sat drinking and chatting until 2 AM, and she was still cheerful and relaxed even though the place doesn't operate late). My friend ordered a pot of braised beef tendon for 150k and added a plate of vermicelli; two of us were full. The space is airy, the restroom is clean, far better than those places reviewed on TikTok that I followed—oh my god. Overall, our group is extremely satisfied; when we come to Da Nang again, we will definitely visit to support. The place we ate at is Quán Cây Dừa 2, in case you get confused because a bit further back there is also a Cây Dừa, but that must be Cây Dừa 1.

Had dinner with my wife and two kids but ended up frustrated. I ordered 5 dishes and rate them as follows: Steamed clams 10/10, grilled oysters with scallion oil 8/10, steamed beef rolls with dipping sauce 4/10 (thinly sliced beef steamed, not steamed beef rolls then sliced thin), crispy pork belly 6/10 (not grilled crispy pork belly but fried), stir-fried water spinach 8/10, salmon sashimi 1/10 (salmon not fresh, mushy, pieces not intact, couldn't eat sashimi, asked to pan-sear it but still inedible, had to discard entirely, told the owner who just threw it away without any explanation or apology. This dish cost 210K, not cheap). The place wasn't crowded but service was very slow. Gone are the days of 'Cây dừa'.
