Thật sự rất thất vọng với cách phục vụ của quán. Nhân viên giữ xe không hề hỗ trợ dắt xe, khách phải tự chạy xe vào tận trong kiệt giữa trời nắng chang chang. Điều khó chấp nhận hơn là khi mình nhờ che bạt giúp xe thì nhân viên trả lời “không đủ bạt, chỉ che những xe đậu trước quán, còn xe trong kiệt thì không che”. Nếu đã bắt khách gửi xe ở vị trí xa và bất tiện hơn thì tối thiểu cũng phải có phương án bảo vệ xe hoặc hỗ trợ khách, chứ không thể để khách tự chịu nắng rồi trả lời một cách hời hợt như vậy. Một quán cà phê không chỉ bán đồ uống mà còn bán trải nghiệm. Với cách chăm sóc khách hàng như thế này thì thật sự quá kém và khó có lý do để quay lại.

Quán ơi, sao mà quán đẹp quá trời mà đồ uống chán vậy quán… matcha thì nhạt nhẽo, sữa chua cũng bình thường, ghé khá nhiều lần và gọi cũng nhiều nước khác nhau rồi nhma ly nào cũng không ngon 🥲

Quán cafe rất Chill. Đồ uống và cách phục vụ của các bạn khá ổn, Tuy nhiên ok nhất là ở không gian của quán, cực kỳ ổn và hợp với nhiều nhu cầu khác nhau.

Không gian ở đây mộc mạc và gần gũi với thiên nhiên, với nhiều cây xanh và ánh đèn vàng ấm áp. Ngồi nhâm nhi ly nước mát lành, bên cạnh ánh đèn dầu lung linh trên bàn gỗ thấy bình yên. Một nơi rất đáng để ghé qua nếu bạn muốn tìm chút tĩnh lặng giữa lòng thành phố.

Quán khá đẹp, nhưng thời tiết mùa hè ở Đà Nẵng quá nóng. Dù cây xanh nhưng không khí vẫn rất nóng :(

Quán rất chỉnh chu trong khâu phục vụ khách,ví dụ như nhân viên giữ xe,nhân viên mang đồ uống ra cho khách. Không gian siêu rộng,thoáng. Ấn tượng nhất là hồ cá thích mê luôn í!

For lunch, the ground floor is a bit hot despite many trees, so going upstairs with air conditioning will be more comfortable and quieter. The fish pond is beautiful, the drinks are delicious.

Cool for a weekend coffee morning

It's very hot. Da Nang has many places like this (trees, fish ponds...) that are not suitable for summer (hot) while summer is the tourist season.

The restaurant space is airy and spacious, creating a comfortable feeling, and the drinks are not too bad. But what gave me a bad experience here is that the weather is hot and I was using a fan, but a staff member came and took the fan away without saying a word.

During my trip to Da Nang, Nia Coffee at 14 Phan Thanh Tai was one of the most relaxing spots for me and my family. If you are looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some complete relaxation, this is an extremely ideal location. The biggest plus is that the space here is extremely spacious and full of greenery. The shop has an open design, close to nature, and even has a pond that looks very refreshing. The air inside is fresh and quiet, not noisy or chaotic; sitting in any corner feels comfortable and leisurely. Those who like to take photos for social media will surely love it because there are many photogenic angles. As for the drinks, I find the flavor decent and easy to drink, and the prices are reasonable, not too expensive for a space like this. The staff are quick and polite. Overall, this is a very nice garden café in Da Nang. If you have a chance to pass by this area, you should stop by to rest, have a drink, and relax while looking at the trees.

The shop has a quiet, cool, and airy space, delicious drinks, especially a super beautiful koi fish pond. Come here and take plenty of beautiful photos, everyone!

I came to the Nia eatery with the purpose of using the working space, the air-conditioned room. Yet when I arrived, the staff said they were preparing to lock the room for guests who had booked in advance and asked me to go downstairs, even though I had just ordered a drink at the counter and no one had informed me beforehand. There was also no apology or any solution offered to me afterward. When I asked the staff to pack my drink to go, they poured the drink straight into a paper cup right in front of me, which looked very odd. I was so annoyed that I wanted to throw it into the trash, but after all, it was my money. I ask: a coffee shop that invests in space and image, where staff stand up to greet customers coming and going, yet fails to meet what customers truly need—what does that prove? Whoever manages this shop should reconsider. You can't blame the staff because they just follow what the manager says. Now, at 12 noon in the sun, holding a packed iced coffee to go—doesn't that look ridiculous? :). 1*

The restaurant has a very green and cool space with lots of plants. I went on Sunday and it was super crowded, the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. I had a matcha latte and found it quite bland.
