Trải nghiệm tệ nhất từng gặp. Đến order nhưng 3 người đến sau nhận trước. Không tới nhắc thì mấy bạn nhân viên kh hề nhớ để làm, còn hỏi ngược lại Bill. Làm đã chậm còn đứng cười cợt. Mua size Xl làm size L. Thay trân châu thành thạch dừa thì không thay mặc dù có ghi chú trong bill rõ ràng. Đến lúc hỏi thì tự ý không hỏi lại và đem ngược ly ts vào trong móc trân châu ra còn kh sạch. Không 1 lời xin lỗi. Tệ

Quán Trà Sữa Gia Hỷ này chủ yếu bán mang về, không có chỗ ngồi lại nha mọi người. Menu ở đây siêu đa dạng, nhiều món lựa chọn. Điểm cộng lớn là các bạn nhân viên cực kỳ vui vẻ, nhiệt tình với khách. Nước uống vị ổn áp, vừa vặn chứ không quá xuất sắc.

The restaurant space is clean and airy. The staff were very patient in introducing each dish to me.
When traveling to Da Nang and visiting this milk tea shop, I found it quite okay. The tea flavor and shop style feel similar to Maycha in Saigon. The shop has energetic coconut water, delicious and refreshingly cool. The milk tea is fragrant and rich in flavor.
It means the shop doesn't know how to separate the lotus heart from the lotus seed??? It's so bitter, how can I drink it anymore :))

The first time visiting a tea shop, I received such terrible service. I came to buy a full-topping tea and was told 'out of toppings, so can't sell.' Then I ordered a clear milk tea with khuc bach. Later, the male staff handed me a khuc bach green tea. When I asked, he replied, 'I read it out, miss.' But my need was milk tea, you know? You ordered some tea and read it quickly perfunctorily, what's that about? Honestly, I was so angry looking at the tea that I couldn't drink it and had to leave. First experience and also the last. The shop should reconsider its service attitude. Spending money to buy an XL drink and receiving service attitude like I came to beg for water.
