The restaurant has poor service, orders take extremely long, and the staff is not enthusiastic. The menu doesn't show prices, so the bill was shocking. Went once and will not return.
Today's dining experience at the restaurant left me somewhat disappointed. The space seemed overcrowded, causing service speed to be significantly slow, forcing us customers to proactively assist with some tasks instead of the staff. Moreover, when the dishes were served, they were not what we had ordered earlier. I truly hope the restaurant will improve its coordination process so that every visiting guest receives attentive and accurate service.

The other day, I and a few friends sat at Phuong 2 front street restaurant, not sure which Phuong restaurant it was. At first, there were only 4 people, so I ordered 4 Sò Mai (also called cồi mây or something). When grilled and brought out, they split 2 clams into 4 halves on one side and cut each clam into 2, then filled them with scallion oil. When I asked, the staff and the female owner had a bad attitude. In short, there will be no next time I return to this restaurant. Very bad.
Going the first time is also like the last time. There are many issues with the service attitude. Generally speaking, it's bad.
