Just ate here this morning. The staff was rude to customers. I asked 3 times but they didn't answer. My family of 5 was given 3 glasses of water. After about 20 minutes, I asked 2 more times and they brought more. The staff looked annoyed when taking orders, especially the female staff. They didn't work but kept using their phones. Both male and female staff showed no respect to customers at all.

The restaurant is spacious, located right at the intersection. On weekends, it gets quite crowded, so the service is very chaotic. It's suitable for families in the nearby area to go for coffee, but not suitable for check-ins. As for drinks, I had a no-ice, no-sugar juice, so I don't know how the others are ☺️

As for drinks, the coffee is okay, not too strong or outstanding; the juice is not sweet, even a bit sour. Perhaps the prices are also cheap compared to the general average and the scale of the shop! Every corner of the shop is carefully tended, creating a pleasant and cool feeling, especially in the early morning or late afternoon. The menu is quite diverse, from traditional coffee, various teas, juices to smoothies and pastries. I ordered an iced milk coffee and a slice of tiramisu – the coffee was rich and aromatic, not too sweet, just to my taste. The cake was soft, moderately creamy, and beautifully presented. Another thing that impressed me was the service attitude of the staff. Very friendly, enthusiastic, and polite. I asked about things like wifi, power outlets, and a quiet seat to work, and the staff member guided me attentively without any annoyance. As for the prices, I find them reasonable, ranging from 35,000 VND to 60,000 VND depending on the item. With the quality of drinks, space, and service, it is completely worth it. Overall, "Vườn Xinh" is an ideal place to set aside the hustle and bustle of life, find some peace and inspiration. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.
