The owner really should retrain the staff of their restaurant, as well as remind the security guard. The staff are not enthusiastic; when ordering, they make customers wait before coming back to them. The security guard doesn't seem to do anything while customers have to park their own vehicles and the guard just sits and watches. Seeing so many reviews about the staff's attitude here and there with no improvement shows that the restaurant doesn't care about customers and doesn't need them either.

Hey, why does the shop get so many complaints about the attitude of the staff and security guards but I don't see any improvement? :))) This is my second time here, and it's still the same security guard's face. When customers arrive, he doesn't show them where to park; when customers leave, he just sits there without even bothering to pull out their cars. 😃 So ridiculous. And the staff don't care about customers at all :)) When customers leave, the staff just gather together chatting, each holding two plates of cake and eating right in front of the customers. =))) If you're in the service industry, how can you be like that? :))) Either the owner doesn't know how to train the staff, or the staff just can't learn. =))) I'm done with this shop. It's amazing that it's still operating.

Right from the start, the staff didn't tell us that the table was for serving grilled food. We sat for a while, then other customers arrived, and the staff told us to move to another place to let the later customers sit, even though there were many similar tables behind. It's no different from driving customers away.

Cozy place, you can come and work on a laptop. Coffee, tea, yogurt are tasty. If not for the mold in some places on the walls, it's quite a good establishment. Quiet, calm, not crowded.

The staff member did not clearly instruct that you must order grilled dishes to sit at the grill table, but when the customer unknowingly sat there, they had a bad attitude and rushed over to chase the customer to another table. Very insolent. I used to be a regular customer of this eatery, but this experience is truly unacceptable. The owner should review the staff's work ethic. Sincerely.

The decor downstairs is beautiful, the coffee might not be very suitable, but overall the decor style of the shop is very fitting, with a comfortable space. If you prefer quiet, you can go up to the second floor.

The staff is extremely rude; the restaurant should retrain its employees on how to work. We came without knowing that for a grill table, you have to order grilled dishes to be seated. A female staff member spoke to us as if she was scolding us, with a disrespectful tone. She's only as old as my younger sibling, but she spoke rudely. I've visited this restaurant many times, but this will probably be the last. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The drinks are very delicious, the space is chill, very wonderful, but I suggest to the shop, grilled milk tea should only be served in small paper cups, it will be more chill and tastier, and the material cost will also be cheaper. Second visit to the eatery, quite crowded with young people taking photos and families gathering. For drinks, I tried the strawberry yogurt cheese (best seller), I like the creamy richness of the cheese layer combined with the mild sourness of strawberries, quite addictive. Next time I'll try sitting in the garden area, it looks more chill. Most of the place is quite crowded so it's pretty noisy, making conversation not very comfortable :v

I am the one paying for the service, but it feels like I'm begging. The staff's attitude and speech are rude, they are young enough to be my juniors but speak insolently. First, when ordering, they didn't mention that there is a grilled menu. When I went to the grilling area and didn't know I should sit at a grill table, the staff chased me away and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, the attitude and speech of that female staff were EXTREMELY RUDE. I paid for drinks, not begging. If you provide service with such an attitude, who would use your service? I spent money to have fun but ended up holding onto anger. This place seems like the staff are also the owners. But I've never seen such owners??? I suggest the restaurant review the staff at the 2AM Nguyen Tri Phuong branch - the female staff in the grilling area on January 22, 2026.

Reasonable price, beautiful view, also quite chill. Overall, will visit again next time.

I arrived at the eatery at 8 PM on January 10, 2025. I have never seen a coffee shop with such terrible service!!! 1. The security guard was both parking the bike and cursing at customers. 2. We arrived and sat on the second floor. One person went down to the grill area to find an empty table. As soon as a table was available, we all carried our drinks down to the grill area to sit, gathering chairs one by one to have enough seats. A staff member came and asked if we had ordered grill food; we said yes, and two people went to order. Then, 10 minutes later, another staff member came and said there was a table that had already ordered grill food, forcing us to move to another table inside the building without grill?!? Not long before that, the same staff member had just brought out drinks for us without saying anything (we ordered 3 times, 2 times previously at the second floor, 1 time at the grill area). The newly brought drinks were barely touched... So, should we waste more time sitting at this eatery?!? NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

The space is beautifully decorated, but the attitude of the staff, from the security guard onward, is unbearable. I came in to pay for a drink, but they made me feel like I was begging for it. I rode my bike to the security guard, who pointed me to a spot, then forced me to park somewhere else. While sitting at my table, they pointed at me with all five fingers, and the ordering staff wasn't paying attention—I had to call for my drink four times before they heard me, and they asked as if they were scolding me to my face. This was my first and last time here. Terrible, just terrible 😡😡😡

Service is terrible, the security guard is unpleasant to customers. If there is a reservation, you should keep the table for the customer who booked it, instead of moving the seated customers to take the table for other customers.
