Are you a new employee or something? I ordered 4 cups of trà sữa full thạch but got only half a cup of trà sữa without ice, and you said it's size M like that, while previous purchases were always over half a cup. I've bought here many times, not the first time, but encountering this kind of sales staff is disappointing; I will never come back.
Ordered water at 8:30 but it was delivered at 10, not a single word of apology; doing business is so disappointing

Selling in a way that deceives customers. They hang a sign showing black coffee for 16k, but when customers come in to drink, they charge 18k. When asked for the reason, they say that sign has been hanging for a long time, so that's deceiving customers regardless of how long it's been.
