The shop can't even afford fruit, please don't sell fruit sweet soup, okay? :)) The cup of fruit sweet soup is full of fish-shaped jelly, not a single piece of fruit, yet they still sell it. I don't know where their business mindset is. The staff can't even utter a word. Extremely annoying.

Everyone, don't be too picky. I find the mixed sweet soup here absolutely delicious. The best in this area. The shop is small, clean, and long-standing. The prices are also very reasonable.

Not satisfied with the staff. The other day I bought a cup of lotus seed floating rice balls with coconut milk for 20k, they put 2 floating rice balls. Today I bought it to take away, they put 1 piece for the same price of 20k. The staff's attitude depends on how they serve customers.

I ordered 19 cups of different types of chè on the GrabFood app. But when I received the order, I got 19 cups of thập cẩm. When I called the shop owner to complain, the owner said it was the shipper's fault, that the staff just followed whatever the shipper said, and that the shop does not manage any orders. I think a business that deceives, is dishonest, and does not respect customers will probably not last long.

For example, if you make a mistake on a customer's order, just admit the mistake. Why blame everything on the shipper? 🙄 Does the shipper manage orders for the shop too? Also, I don't see a refund for the price difference when the wrong order was delivered. So bad!!!

Read other 1* reviews but still wanted to try, but ordered Grab one way, delivered another, called and blamed the shipper for reading wrong, no such thing. Luckily the sweet soup didn't have hair or other things like those comments.

Ordered a large order with many types of sweet soup, but the order was handled carelessly, and the delivery was all mixed sweet soup.

Ordered 2 bowls of sweet soup: 1 bowl of horse gram sweet soup (told them to leave out peanuts), 1 bowl of assorted sweet soup. After it was made, they brought 2 bowls of assorted sweet soup, then argued with the customer, claiming the customer ordered 2 bowls of assorted sweet soup. When I asked to exchange for the horse gram bowl, they said the coconut milk had already been poured in and couldn't be changed. So I paid money to eat but didn't get the right dish—too bad. This is the second time. Every time the shop opens in the early afternoon, the sweet soup I eat is always sour (this can only be yesterday's leftover sweet soup sold again). This situation has happened too many times, so I gave feedback, but the staff or owner ignored my feedback and insisted it was freshly cooked? While I am a regular customer wanting to give feedback so the shop can improve. Sigh. Siba. Request the Food Safety and Hygiene authorities to inspect the establishment to be sure. I give up. Paying money but not getting the dish I ordered—truly 'selling dog meat under a sheep's head' 🤣")
