Trưa nay , mình có đến để mua mang về , mình có gọi bảo vệ , 3 -4 lần ko nghe , đến khi nghe đc thì ngửa mặt lên nhìn cắm đầu chơi đt tiếp , trong khi khách hỏi chỗ để đậu xe cho đúng mà ko 1 bv nào hỗ trợ , trong khi chân mình đang bị nứt xương nữa mà bảo vệ k đến hỗ trợ đưa xe lên , sao quán có thể thuê đc đội bảo vệ này hay vậy , hay chỉ thuê để làm cảnh , quán nên coi lại cách tuyển người và training cho đúng, đừng để vì 1 con sâu mà làm rầu nồi canh

Chỗ để xe thì đông ,khách không biết chổ để rồi , mà còn đứng nhìn , xong khách để xe vô chổ kh cho để xe thì tới chỉ trỏ , để ý mấy lần rồi

mình thất vọng với với nvien bve của quán, mình tới quán thì bve chỉ xe để qua chỗ đối điện, khách để lên thì bve qua chửi vô mặt khách và cx kh chỉ cho khách chỗ để thái độ với khách, mong quán quán triệt lại nvien

Chỗ để xe thì đông đen khách tới không biết chỗ để xe thì nhân viên bảo vệ tới chỉ mà thái độ lồi lõm rồi ngồi bấm điện thoại nằm chương thay không phụ khách được miếng nào thật 3 chấm

Not a good experience. The staff handling the order were still flustered; just exchanging money made the customer wait over 10 minutes. The drinks were not as ordered: coconut water with passion fruit and coconut pearls, but there were no coconut pearls, only jelly. If ingredients are out of stock, the shop should proactively inform and ask for the customer's opinion before substituting. The waiting time of nearly 30 minutes for 2 drinks is too long. I hope the shop improves its service process to avoid disappointing customers like this experience.

Every time I buy takeaway, I end up getting annoyed. When ordering, the staff is nowhere to be seen; I have to call out many times before they come. I repeated my order three times, but they still got it wrong. The staff's attitude isn't very friendly either; they're too busy on their phones to listen to what customers say. If the distance is too far to hear, the shop should limit the distance of the order counter. Takeaway customers have to stand on the sidewalk, feeling miserable. Takeaway customers are still customers!

I don't see evening staff for takeout orders; it's only during the day that there are staff for takeout orders. When I asked the staff near the cashier if I order here, how could they reply to a customer, 'Please go inside and find a staff member for me to order'? Why stand at the counter but not conveniently call a staff member inside to serve customers, instead telling me to go find a staff member? I came to buy, so why tell the customer to find the staff? Hello, doesn't the shop need revenue? If it's busy in the evening, the manager/supervisor should allocate staff evenly inside and outside. Why is the training of this shop getting worse and worse? The service staff are very enthusiastic, dedicated, and attentive. The restaurant is cool and comfortable, and both the food and drinks are very delicious. Especially, the service staff here are so good that you won't find any other place in Da Nang that compares. I have visited this restaurant many times but only now am I leaving a review.
