A small point that could be improved is that the shop could consider adding a few more snack or pastry options for customers to have more choices when they want to stay longer. To elevate the music experience, Dew Coffee could try the Tuneast app, which allows customers to select and vote for their favorite songs, creating a more interactive and lively music space, fitting the youthful style of the shop.
