I ordered 1 grilled stingray, 1 steamed clams. The clams were fresh, sweet, large, and clean. As for the stingray, it wasn't good, the vegetables weren't clean, only the fermented fish dipping sauce was decent. Grilled stingray: 130k/piece. Steamed clams: 60k/pot. Review based on personal experience.
I saw reviews on TikTok so I came here to try. So disappointed. The snails were overcooked to the point that not a single shell was intact. The snail cooking broth was also not tasty. The snails are golden apple snails.
