we went like 1 am we were the only 2 people in the cafe very good coffe and very helpfull staff

They kicked me out on 1.21 am - someone came to me and told they close now since the staff left . Is this how you treat people? Please update your description and time schedule- it’s misleading! I went the whole way from Hoi an to here as I thought I do late night work

I visited this coffee shop because I was looking for the place to study and I saw some reviews claiming that this place is good for studying and working. But for me, it was not a good place to study because all the tables on the second floor were not stable at all and when I visited here at night, there were some insects or mosquitoes in the second floor and my legs started to itchy a bit ( I feel I am more sensitive than other people and some other shops also have some insects or mosquitoes. I don't intend to say this shop is especially bad). In my opinion, this shop is not suitable for those who want to study with a notebook and pen. But I think this shop is good for those who want to enjoy watching videos or playing games( I saw other customers playing games or watching games with their friends on the first floor.) The price of drinks is reasonable.

When I arrived, I asked if I could stay overnight, and you said if I wanted to stay after 3-4 AM, I should sit outside, and you would leave the light on for me. But now, when that guy left, he turned off all the lights, got on his bike, and sped off, leaving me with just my laptop light and the streetlight. I don't want to admit it, but it seems like that staff member intentionally treated me this way... I'm trying to keep the peace, but is there any reasonable explanation for this action? You're open 24/7, and I'm aware that people in Da Nang rarely open shops overnight, so I asked in advance. So if you can't or don't want to provide the service, why not just say so directly? I'm just writing this out here; that staff member will still work as usual, and how many people will encounter a similar situation as me?

không gian học hành mà nhân viên nói chuyện quá to, kh thể tập trung làm việc

Đồ uống (tui uống cafe) thì đương nhiên là rất ổn rồi. Nhưng cái mà tui chấm 10đ cho mọi điều ở đây, vì mấy bạn nhân viên quá là nhiệt tình và tử tế thật sự luôn á. Xong lại ngoan ngoan hiền hiền nữa chứ.

Cool atmosphere, enthusiastic and fast service staff. Especially the Saigon milk coffee is very high quality. It's huge. This might be the biggest Saigon milk coffee I've ever had. The taste is also decent. Review review^^
