I ordered flea, tick, and worm preventative for my animals through their website. The products were advertised as being sold by the box (3 tablets per box). However, they only delivered one of the three tablets. The company refused to ship the remaining items.

One of the most resourceful and quality-end pet shops I’ve been to in HCMC! A lot of the products this shop offered were all very great brand products imported from Korea & Japan. This was especially important for me since there were particular products (like topical paw ointments) that I couldn’t find from other stores or back home in the States. So there were plenty of options for all the fur babies! The employees were also very accommodating and helpful as I went through every floor. The amount of service and resources offered at this shop definitely made it feel like a good experience for both cats and dogs to come across.

Don’t bring your pet here for any services. Quality is the worst, no word can describe this catastrophic service. They almost killed my cats, they were traumatized for months!!!

They lied to us saying that the cat and dog area are separated. It’s not!!!! My cat was so traumatised coz of all the barking and dogs coming to his bag sniffing, he couldn’t breath or play later. I will never ever recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemy. P.s. If they just told me upfront then it would be fine and I would just walk away without saying a word. But lying to me and even after I insisted on going up AND saw the condition, still continued lying is unacceptable. Also what’s the point of having an appointment if there is still a queue of 6 dogs ahead??

Don’t bring a cat here. They treat cats like dogs and threw my cat in a corner of the room on the floor where dogs could come sniffing and barking at his bag. My cat was traumatised after 2 minutes, I expect he would have been dead after 2 hours if I had left him in that place. Had to go buy him a meaty treat to make up for it which means I have to deal with the potent odour of his ‘business’ later. They also don’t check for any vaccinations so you are rolling the dice that others are responsible pet owners.

The decoration space is impressively different from other pet shops. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, especially their service attitude and professional skills when serving your beloved boss. I just used the service for the first time and it's super high quality, everyone! The bathing and grooming service is beautiful and fragrant, the hotel is absolutely amazing. I will support PetBuddy for a long time.
