I held a party at the Dai Loi Hall on January 30th. At first, reading reviews with many 1-star ratings made me quite worried. I worked closely with the manager, and the program turned out to be a complete success. The food was delicious, the service staff were lovely, quick, and provided good service. It might be that the end-of-year period is busy with many parties, so there could be oversights, but overall the evaluation is still very good. Feel free to experience it with peace of mind. The important thing is that they know their mistakes and are willing to listen to customers.

I booked a party, but when I ordered more beer, there was no beer. When I asked, the manager was evasive. The manager's service attitude was very bad. I booked a room 3 days in advance, but near the end, they arbitrarily changed my room. The entrance had an extremely foul smell; only after I complained did the staff come out to clean. I didn't trust the reviews on Google Maps, so now I regret it.

Not only that, later my guests reported missing dishes and were told it was because the kitchen was broken. What a joke. So my guests left hungry. Earlier, they also mixed up the crab dish with the swimming crab dish. Sigh. Wow, I can't understand it, truly disappointing.
