The food is delicious but the service is very bad. The staff do not respect customers. Customers requested privacy, but the staff had a cheeky attitude, did not listen, and lingered in the room even though it was all female, so there was no need for a server to pour beer. The feedback was very gentle, but the staff made teasing remarks and gestures toward the customers. It was truly a bad experience. The staff need retraining! (Also, the room's speaker was in use but kept disconnecting; we reported it but it was not thoroughly fixed. While customers were singing, a staff member took the device, played different music, and stood around joking with the customers even though there were elderly people in the room. It was very annoying.) When ordering, the staff did not pay attention even after calling them 2-3 times.
