Anan House Coffee is a coffee shop with a beautiful view along the Cam Le River, airy space, suitable for families and children. Drinks are diverse and often rated delicious, however some customers complain about high prices and inconsistent quality. Friendly staff and attentive owner are plus points.

I was offered a black coffee. I asked how much. I was told 20k. I paid. I then translated the menu and a black coffee is 18k. The staff insist he charged me 2k more because he used 5ml more coffee. But he charged me before he made the coffee, and didn't say anything about giving me more coffee. I don't think he expected me to translate the menu. It's not a lot of money, but it's sad to be lied to.

The place is spacious but sitting outside is a bit hot, with few fans. I noticed there are 2 fans, but there are many tables and chairs :(
