Ordered 30 minutes ago, still haven't received the food. Others arrived and received their food before me.

I bought a drink that was bitter and bland, contacted the shop but received no response. Terrible experience!

The drink is okay, but I'm rating the attitude of the staff. If it takes long, I'd understand, but this is not the case. I bought a cup of oolong milk tea, and after making it, all they had to do was close the lid and hand it to me, but they were too busy chatting and joking around with each other. At that moment, I was really annoyed. Just one cup of drink. Need to reconsider.

Bought a cup of apple tea, waited over 20 minutes, people who came later got served first, got the size wrong, remade it and still got it wrong, bought extra white tapioca pearls and they didn't put them in. Please review your service. Spending money to drink a cup of water is not worth it.

The drinks are terrible. I bought 1 matcha latte and 1 coconut latte, both were bland, only tasting of matcha and plain water. The preparation is not as careful as other places I usually buy from. Customer service is unsatisfactory and very poor.

Today I ordered a Matcha Oxide drink and a Strawberry Tea drink via Grab. The cups are like size S, not size M as I ordered. After just a few sips, half of it is already gone. Very disappointed with a shop like this 😔

Order wrong for the customer, if you ask for less sweet they can reduce 70% sweetness, staff has attitude towards customers. Best to avoid this eatery.

Buy matcha cacao salted cream, the bartender doesn't add sugar, the taste of matcha powder, cacao mixed with plain water. Drinking it is so bitter it gives me a headache 🙂
