Nhân viên thái độ quá tệ, cách phục vụ thiếu quy chuẩn mà một nhân viên MIXUE cần có. Là một người đã từng làm nhân viên MIXUE, mình không chấp nhận được cách các bạn thể hiện thái độ với khách như vậy. Nếu cảm thấy đọc hóa đơn khách không nghe rõ thì đọc lại hoặc nhắc khách. Không thể nào lại thể hiện thái độ thiếu chuyên nghiệp như vậy. Cạnh đó, bill chưa đủ mà lại trả đơn làm cho khách phải lấy nước tận 2 lần? Hóa đơn của mình hôm đó gồm: 2 lucky sundae ococo 1 trà cam vàng 9999 1 sữa thạch dâu tây Đây là trải nghiệm dựa trên góc nhìn của 1 nhân viên từng làm, mọi người cân nhắc hơn để tránh gặp trường hợp như vậy nhé.

Nhân viên thái độ cực kì, mình vào đứng nvien ko đến order cho đến lúc mình gọi, lấy tiền thanh toán xong nvien ko in bill, ko lên đơn cho mình. Đi làm nước cho 3 lượt khách đến sau mình trả hết đơn cho khách đến sau mình, đến lúc còn 1 mình đợi, mình đến hỏi thì nvien hỏi mình thanh toán chưa, tiền mặt hay chuyển khoản. Rồi mới đi làm nước cho mình mà ko 1 lời xin lỗi. Thái độ cực kì tệ.

Upon entering the restaurant, the staff saw customers coming in but turned away to make drinks :))). I waited to see what would happen, but in the end, I waited too long. I called out TWICE—are they deaf or something that they couldn't hear? I'm paying money to eat here, not begging for food, so why do I have to deal with this attitude? It's already hot outside, and encountering such a rude person drives me crazy.

Bought 3 drinks but waited over half an hour. I know the shop is crowded, but after ordering and re-ordering, they still got the order wrong 3 times. When I finally received the order, one drink had no lime.

bought aloe vera lemon tea but there are no lemon slices??

I came here to try 2 taro sundaes, but the staff mistakenly entered 2 taro fresh milk instead. When I pointed out the mistake after discovering it, the staff had a very bad attitude and glared at the customer.

The drinks are quite good, the staff here are friendly, even though there are many customers, the drinks are served quite quickly, the seating is spacious, 10/10.

Normally when I buy Lucky Sundae at Coco, there are crushed waffle cones at the bottom, right?

If there were 0 stars, I would give the staff 0 stars. They ran the promotion but didn't notify or explain anything. When customers asked, they just kept silent.

The food is okay. Once, a staff member was sarcastic to me, now I remember and feel annoyed.
