Ordered a few dishes via Grab. It's just simply amazing! Maybe it's the best com tam I tried so far. It's a definitely must try restaurant.

KHUYẾN KÍCH MUA VỀ Đồ ăn ngon, dịch vụ ok, đông nhưng không lộn xộn mặc dù quán nhỏ. Không khí thì 1 sao nha, trời ơi nướng sườn khói kinh khủng, nó máy hút nhưng không đáng kể. Ăn bữa cơm về mà nó ám hết mùi lên người.
Thank you to the restaurant for helping me. I drive for Grab and picked up an order at the restaurant. Due to carelessness, I spilled the customer's rice. I came back to ask the restaurant to handle the order, and the restaurant enthusiastically helped without a single complaint. Once again, thank you and noted.
Delicious food, cool seating, tasty from rice to meat to eggs and side dishes, plenty of rice, extra plate of rice is also generous but only 5k, overall delicious, satisfying and filling, eaten broken rice many times but first time Google suggested such a top-notch eatery, cleaned the plate :)))

Having delicious gumbo after a long time. It's next to a university, so it's made cheap and bland for college students.
The pork rib rice is delicious, but I think investing in separate chopsticks would be better, because the chopsticks currently used for takeout at your restaurant have too many splinters, which hurt my mouth when eating 😩.
1. Common Vietnamese home-style meal 2. Added a menu item and extra rice, came out to 45,000 VND 3. Other places don't charge for extra rice! 4. After eating the pork ribs, they cause thirst (seems heavy on seasoning)
