The air conditioner is a bit bad. The towels are torn. Usually on the 5th floor, the air conditioner is not cool. The remote battery is leaking. Too bad compared to other hotels.

I booked a room at Orange Hotel on Agoda, but when I arrived, they said it was fully booked and transferred me to this hotel. The room was dirty, filthy, and honestly looked haunted.

Near Vinmec hospital and the airport. The hotel has a car to pick you up from the airport. The room is not new but clean. Soundproofing is not good, at night you can hear the planes very clearly.

Dirty hotel. The VIP room with a bathtub had the water stopper removed. The room was not cleaned; upon check-in, it smelled of cigarette smoke and had cigarette ash on the floor. The sink was clogged. The towels were the color of congee, stiff and frayed...

I rented a double room. The room is not very spacious but comfortable enough, the bed is also wide, and the room is cleaned every day. The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Downstairs, there is also a motorbike rental service, which is quite convenient. I don't really like the hotel's mattress; it's a sagging mattress, so sleeping on it causes body aches near dawn. The room has no windows, so it feels a bit stuffy.

The hotel is also still new, the single bedroom is spacious and comfortable, however the door needs repair because the door latch is broken, making it feel unsafe to sleep at night.

The hotel service is terrible. In the morning, there is often no hot water. The housekeeping staff clean the room but do not replenish supplies; you have to remind them. At 1 PM, I asked to have the TV remote battery replaced, but they said they were busy and would come up in the afternoon to check. As for parking, they wouldn't let me park, forcing me to leave my motorbike on the street even though the parking lot was empty. Only after I raised my voice did they allow me to park inside. The front desk staff spoke arrogantly and rudely to guests. I have stayed here 4 times before; this is the 5th time and it's very bad. I will definitely not return.

The room is clean, cool, fully equipped, and convenient for transportation. The service is enthusiastic and polite. The price is reasonable. Overall, it's good.

Be careful, the staff charges twice if you don't pay at the same time. After arguing for a long time, when asked to show the camera, they said they forgot to record it.

Central location. Convenient to the airport. Room price 300-400k. Too bad I forgot my shirt there.

I just feel that if the reception is bad, I don't want to come anymore. When traveling, you have to bring a joyful atmosphere.
