Mình ăn ở đây nhiều lần từ hồi ở trong hẻm qua Thái thị bôi tới giờ ở cơ sở 3/2 thì rất tệ. Món order nhưng ngồi cả buổi kh có, hỏi nhân viên 2 3 lần mới làm. Order nước kh làm nhưng cũng kh báo tới khi mình hỏi 3,4 lần mới kêu là đông khách k làm được, tới lúc tính tiền cũng lâu gọi nv mới bảo em quên. Mình biết là quán đông, mình cũng thông cảm nhưng quá lâu mình thấy rất bực mình, mong quán cải thiện chất lượng phục vụ chứ lần trải nghiệm này mình cảm thấy rất thất vọng so với những lần trước, vì mình cũng rất thích quán. Mong quán đọc được và cải thiện.

I used to order delivery from this place a lot, every dish was to my taste. In May, the shop moved to 3/2, then the quality went downhill. The place was dirty and messy, making me not want to eat there anymore. I hope the shop gets its act together to win back customers.

Sat at the eatery waiting for 40 minutes, they still hadn't started making the food with a shifty excuse

Went to the restaurant and waited forever without anyone taking orders, the staff just loitered around lazily, had to call them. 40 minutes for 2 dishes, and they didn't even bother to bring bowls for customers, probably expecting us to eat with our hands, so fed up, had to ask for the remaining dish to take away. On top of that, the food was bad. Once and goodbye :)))

The staff are not enthusiastic, have a bad attitude. When taking orders, they bring out the food with a confusing tone saying 'Have you lit the fire yet?' to customers. When a customer asks for the bill, they replied 'Wait for me a moment' but had to call three times before they brought the bill. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to get the bill. However, the food is okay and the prices are reasonable. We are customers and should be welcomed, not have to beg for service. We hope that on our next visit, the owner will have retrained the staff so that we can have a more objective view.

The food was bad, the chicken feet were full of lemongrass and very bland. The seafood hot pot was terrible, like it was for pigs. The french fries were mealy and had a slight bitter taste. I ordered an extra strawberry Sting, the waitress standing nearby didn't hear and brought a yellow Sting instead. The food took a very long time, and the staff were not cheerful or enthusiastic. I'm just judging based on my own taste, I won't come back a second time. Not worth the price.

It's already midnight but I'm craving the Thai-style steamed clams from this eatery so much that I have to give a 5-star rating. Highly recommended for everyone to order the following dishes: - Thai-style steamed clams: delicious and fragrant, quite a lot of clams - Cheese tokbokki: cheesy so very tasty, however I found it not spicy, small portion - Chicken feet with Thai sauce: I ordered boneless so very convenient to eat, quite a large portion - Mixed apple snails: this dish has snails taken out and mixed as salad, quite a lot; after moving location, the eatery increased the price for this dish - Seafood hot pot: cheap and plentiful, suitable for 2 people - Cabbage spring rolls: okay As for the spicy noodles, they are served in a quite large bowl, but the flavor is not very good and I find the taste a bit different from other spicy noodle eateries 🤔 Since moving location, the eatery has upgraded the space, which is spacious and quite airy, and the food comes out faster. However, I find the bowls here a bit greasy (feels like they haven't been washed clean). Service at the eatery is very good 👍
