Tuyệt vời, không gian, thái độ nhân viên, nước uống, rất thích hợp làm việc, học tập, gặp gỡ trao đổi cv nhẹ nhàng, lịch sự, yên tĩnh.

Tuy Đồ uống ngon. Thức ăn cũng ngon. Nhưng nhân viên thái độ ko nhất quán. Có thể đánh giá là chưa được training tốt về đón tiếp khách, ko thấy một nụ cười chủ động từ nhân viên từ lúc vào tới lúc ra, chỉ có đúng một bạn mình ko nhớ tên là còn cười có lẽ vì tính cách vui vẻ, còn lại rất đông nhân viên đứng quầy nhưng ko cười. Nhìn thấy qua việc các bạn ko niềm nở khi khách đến quầy đặt món, và chưa bao giờ được hỏi mã thành viên để chủ động tích điểm cho khách. Mình nghĩ chắc thương hiệu có chương trình nhưng ko đưa điều này vào quy trình phục phụ khách hàng nên 100% các lần mình ghé uống đều ko hỏi. Vì địa điểm thuận lợi nên mình ghé thường xuyên, chứ hơi thất vọng vì thái độ nhân viên. Rất mong đào tạo lại quy trình đón tiếp khách hàng để thương hiệu có thêm nhiều khách hàng trung thành hơn.

Tôi thường chọn quán ngồi vì không khí yên tĩnh, nhạc nhẹ nhàng, đồ ăn thức uống ngon. Hôm nay tôi ngồi từ 18h đến thời điểm này thì gần 2 tiếng, order 2 món, đáng lẽ sẽ gọi đồ ăn nữa nhưng bếp đã nghỉ. Tuy nhiên tối nay không khí khá ồn, nhạc không giống nhạc bình thường của level cafe Trung Nguyên, khá ồn ào, rap, pop xen kẽ, có vẻ phát ra từ loa điện thoại, tôi phải yêu cầu nhỏ nhạc). Nhân viên quán làm việc rất tập trung nhưng một số bạn trẻ vào quán, có vẻ là người quen của nhân viên thì cười giỡn. Tôi hỏi thì nhân viên bảo các bạn ấy là khách của quán, nhưng tôi thấy các bạn đem nước bên ngoài vào. Tôi nghĩ cần quán triệt nhân viên về việc giữ không khí, tinh thần của quán đúng chất Trung Nguyên.

Nearly 9 PM, they stop accepting orders here. I only planned to sit for about 30 minutes and then leave, but the staff didn't take my order. Then when I went outside, I saw two staff members kind of laughing and waving their hands. Quite unpleasant.

I frequently come to this coffee shop to work every Saturday. Occasionally, I stop by at noon and in the evening to work, simply because the quiet atmosphere is suitable for meeting clients and working at the shop. The shop has a luxurious space, tables and chairs for receiving guests, and a separate working area, which is very okay. The drinks are delicious, and the prices, I think, are appropriate for the customer base, ranging from about 41k to under 100k per drink. A rather disappointing thing is the staff here; they are quite cold. Some staff wear masks throughout when serving customers, and most do not even crack a smile when interacting with guests. I remember in 2022 when I came to the shop, although it was quite old and hadn't been renovated, there were some very lovely staff members who would remember customers' faces after just a few visits. But now, most are icy cold. I hope that through this review, there will be positive changes for the service team at Trung Nguyen Legend Phan Dang Luu. Compliments go to the security guard here; he is very enthusiastic with customers. Wishing him good health.

Trung Nguyên Legend Café at 235 Phan Đăng Lưu is a wonderful destination for those who love Vietnamese coffee. I really like the spacious, airy atmosphere and the sophisticated decor here, which is very suitable for working or meeting friends. The Creative 4 Energy Coffee is truly rich and authentic, and the free iced tea is a big plus. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to help, creating a very comfortable feeling. One small area for improvement is that the light food menu could be a bit more diverse to give customers more options while enjoying their coffee. To elevate the music experience for this classy space, the shop could consider the Tuneast app. With Tuneast, customers can actively choose songs and vote for their favorite tunes, turning each cup of coffee into a perfect symphony of flavor and sound.

Lack of responsibility in service

The shop posted a deal on Shopee Live. Customers bought vouchers and then came to purchase, but every day they were told the item was out of stock. After spending money, they couldn't use it. This is deceiving customers.

True to the number 1 coffee quality of Vietnam, every time I sit here it brings a very energetic and spirited feeling. Coffee is delicious with every sip. The space is quality, minimalist, and quiet. The customers here also have great taste.
