Pho and coffee were great and delicious, I really love it! The service was excellent,staff very friendly

They make horrible coffee in spite of explaining that I want very less ice in the coffee with the help of google translate. These people fill up 80% of the glass with ice. This is cheating. Nothing more than that.

We ordered four burgers, but NONE of us could eat them because of the moldy taste 🤢 We informed them about the issue, but they didn’t even offer to replace the burgers or change it with something else. Instead, they simply stick us the bill, it was enough to make me sick after just two bites tho. So “good” professionalism and quality, indeed lol 😅

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, so vietnam airlines gave us 4 complimentary lunch coupons for lucky cafe. The food here was too good especially pho.

I ordered a coffee, wanted to sit with the menu and decide on food. The server came up to me 2 minutes later and wanted me to pay for the coffee before ordering anything else. Felt weird. I would avoid.

I'm not sure why there are many low reviews for this place as this was the best airport food i've tried! I had an avocado smoothie along with Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ (fried chicken w/ rice) and it was very delicious and reasonably priced. The avocado smoothie was super fresh and thick, easily the best avocado drink i've had, along with the chicken being super crunchy and tasty as well. My family member tried their yogurt drink with mixed fruits, and it was similarly fresh and a perfect pairing to have before a long flight. The service was quick and efficient, staff were friendly, and it took less than 5 minutes for drinks to come along with shortly another 5-7 minutes for entrees. I would definitely come back if I ever travel to Đà Nẵng again, and recommend it to other tourists needing a nice, filling meal. ❤️❤️❤️

31/07/2026 por la mañana, los dos tipos de café que hemos tomado, caros y nada destacables. Lo lamentable es ver cómo la chica nos devuelve de cambio 140 VND en lugar de 340 VND y después de reclamarlo al instante hace ver que encuentra en la barra los 200 VND que faltaban. Cuidado.

Đồ ăn ngon, các chị nhân viên siêu dễ thương. Nhưng nhà hàng quá nóng, ám mùi thuốc. Mình ấn tượng với chị Supervisor nói tiếng anh thì bập bẹ, phát âm chưa chuẩn nói to nhưng khách không hiểu, cư xử với nhân viên thì thô lỗ có vài lần mình ghé, thấy chỉ chửi nhân viên như xối nước trong khi đang có khách. Ai có con/em làm ở đây mà tâm lý ko vững chắc dễ nghĩ quẩng. Ra sân bay ngồi nghỉ ngơi chill chill mà toàn nghe tiếng chửi ko liên quan, nhức đầu thiệt luôn. Mong chị chú ý lắng nghe và sửa đổi!

Surprised because a restaurant does very well, looks hygienic, clean, tidy, spacious, airy, and the food is delicious. This Lucky restaurant is number one among the Lucky restaurants at the airport that I know. The staff wear ao dai, very beautiful and elegant. Da Nang is truly different.

This eatery has very delicious food and drinks. There is a cool, air-conditioned room for smoking here. It's great for smokers, and every table has a place for you to charge your phone. I encourage everyone to come here.

Today is May 6, 2026. I came with my mother, we sat down and ordered a coffee here. I am back from England. My mother brought some durian, and we were eating it together. But perhaps because she was wearing shabby clothes, a female staff member looked down on us. While we were eating, she came and asked us to stop eating, claiming that the airport prohibits eating durian. I found it strange. I used to work in the aviation industry for 7 years? I know that durian is banned on airplanes, which I understand, but this is the first time I've heard of a ban in the airport. This is a world-famous fruit. Why can't we buy and eat it in the airport when we have already paid for the service at the café? Or is it because she saw my mother dressed poorly and thought we were poor?

I hope the restaurant will close the smoking room. My family sat upstairs near the reception desk, but we were all covered in cigarette smell from hair to clothes. I asked the staff if they could close the smoking room because we had two young children, and the staff said they could close it, but people kept coming in and out so it was opened. And the door remained open, while the manager scolded the cashier in front of customers, which was very unsightly. I hope the restaurant will fix this because the smoking area should be closed and separated from customers in the non-smoking area.

I asked for a PLASTIC SPOON for my child and they refused! A plastic spoon…

I asked for one paper cup, for money. They sharply refused and offered to buy water.

The food is okay, but the staff's attitude is bad, they ignore customers, serve people who order later first, and when asked for the bill, they write it down but deliberately don't give it to the customer.

Surprised by this airport restaurant. The food is good (we had Mì Quảng), the setting is pleasant, clean, and the price is not excessive (150,000 VND per bowl) and the staff is nice. The mango juice is excellent.

I just finished a bowl of pho with two types of meat, and while I was sitting there picking my teeth, the staff came and cleared my bowl away. The place wasn't crowded; other customers who finished eating still had their bowls left and were still sitting there. Only I was treated "specially." I felt that was a way to drive me away early.

I happened to try Lucky restaurant at Da Nang airport and was truly impressed. The food here is quite delicious and suits my taste, especially the beef noodle soup (bun bo) which is really rich and flavorful. The service is fast and enthusiastic even though there were quite a lot of customers. The space is airy and clean, allowing you to sit and relax before your flight. However, the price is a bit high compared to regular eateries outside, but given the quality and convenience, this is a decent choice.
