They make horrible coffee in spite of explaining that I want very less ice in the coffee with the help of google translate. These people fill up 80% of the glass with ice. This is cheating. Nothing more than that.

We ordered four burgers, but NONE of us could eat them because of the moldy taste 🤢 We informed them about the issue, but they didn’t even offer to replace the burgers or change it with something else. Instead, they simply stick us the bill, it was enough to make me sick after just two bites tho. So “good” professionalism and quality, indeed lol 😅

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, so vietnam airlines gave us 4 complimentary lunch coupons for lucky cafe. The food here was too good especially pho.

I ordered a coffee, wanted to sit with the menu and decide on food. The server came up to me 2 minutes later and wanted me to pay for the coffee before ordering anything else. Felt weird. I would avoid.

Pho special was nice, broth was good, beef was tender, chicken was a bit strange like just boiled but there was plenty of toppings fo it was good. Salt coffee also good

I don't know why this place has a low score but in my opinion, that should not be the case. First of, atmosphere, check. Their ambience is of a fancy restaurant you would usually see in a hotel, not in an airport. Second, customer service. The staff are very attentive of their customers. And lastly, the food. Food was great. We ate in the morning that is why the only available option was noodles. Food presentation was great. It was very appetising. All in all, if you have a flight to catch here, might as well choose this restaurant before your flight.

The restaurant is located in the departure terminal of Da Nang airport, the campus is airy, the tables and chairs are beautifully decorated and convenient. The menu has fast food dishes such as: Pho, Quang noodles, Banh mi, ... and drinks such as coffee, juice, tea ... The price is a bit high compared to the area, but this is normal for restaurants in the airport. Professional, enthusiastic staff. Good service quality.

Fast service, nice and comfortable seating area. Decent pho with chicken (2 times more expensive than in the city, but we’re at the airport so it’s understandable), we also got a complimentary drink.

Better service and food than VietJet. The staff recommended the coconut coffee….which was delicious! I highly recommend this. Also had the Passionfruit Mojito which was great. Service was great and friendly too ☺️

The waitress with glasses was so rude never had this type of experience in Vietnam before, cafe is good food is also good the way she served us wasn’t good give this place a miss lot more cafes around

Worst cafe and worst behavior I’ve ever faced in Vietnam! The lady who is taking order is soo rude! This kind of people are the disgrace to any brand!

Away from the coffee and food, good and respectful service is important. When you ask the employee for permission to pray, he says it's okay, and when you pray, he says no, because I am a Muslim and I do not follow his religion. I came to Vietnam for tourism, but racism is a major reason for the failure of tourism. The bad employee in this place should understand that I am a tourist and should talk to me politely and not threateningly.

We ate at the cafe past security and it was good. Great service and food was nice. A bit pricey but that’s at every airport. It was nice that it was quiet and tucked away. It was also very clean.

Food is not bad but the way they serve and the staff service is terrible.. they like a local street food restaurant lol. its a airport bruhh
