I ordered fresh cheese milk tea. Is that cheese considered fresh? The black cheese ball piece was left out for so long that it turned hard and yellow on the outside, yet they still served it to customers—unbelievable. This cheese ball must have been soaked for three weeks or more. I'm a regular customer, but after drinking that cheese ball, I want to switch shops.
