Nước uống ngon. Không gian rộng rãi.

Cảm ơn 1 bạn Threads city đã giới thiệu biết đến quán cafe local đậm chất văn hoá Đà Nẵng này từ 2024, (tầng 1 chụp hình nói chuyện nhóm, gia đình; tầng 2 làm việc học tập) Nước uống: Mình chỉ uống được 1 món cafe phin, món này ở đây rất ngon, nguyên chất hơn mọi quán khác nên ai k quen uống là say liền ấy, quán có bán các món ăn tuổi thơ nữa (cực ấn tượng) Khi sang chi nhánh Trần Bạch Đằng thì mình không thích lắm chắc tại quen phong cách bên quán này hơn

The shop sells at a cheap price, the tables are a bit small, but everything else is good. The staff are enthusiastic, the drinks are 7.5/10, fine even for the whole day.

The staff is quite bad. I was sitting on the 2nd floor using a fan, and the staff, without asking or saying anything, took my fan away for another table. Isn't that too rude??

The staff has a very bad attitude; when ordering drinks, they were unpleasant. While customers were using a fan, they arbitrarily unplugged it and took it away without even asking for the customer's opinion. The hygiene is very dirty, tables are dirty and not cleaned. The shop should retrain its staff on how to serve. Very bad, will never come back!

After I gave feedback about the security guard having a poor attitude towards customers, I am very glad that the restaurant accepted and improved. Returning today, I saw there is a new parking attendant, who is very enthusiastic and attentive in assisting customers. Thank you for listening and making positive changes.

The shop has good drinks, and the staff inside are quite enthusiastic and pleasant. However, the experience was affected by the attitude of the security guard. Even though there were still parking spots, the guard did not help arrange them and appeared lazy and irresponsible towards customers. Not just once, but on previous visits I also had to find parking spots myself, causing inconvenience and a feeling of not being welcome. I hope the shop will review the work of the security team to improve the overall customer experience.

The best cafe I've ever been to, excellent service (the staff helped me retrieve a forgotten camera), drinks are reasonably priced and super delicious. I come to this place 3 times a week. 💯💯💯

The staff at the shop had a bad attitude. It used to be my favorite spot, but this time I was truly upset. They reminded us of something but with a very rude face, while the music was extremely loud. We bought drinks, not asking for freebies, so why such an attitude :))? This is the last time I drink here, say bye.

Later, I saw staff taking care of other tables by bringing things to their tables :((( at Nguyễn Thái Học branch.

The place is extremely crowded at night, with a lot of people here. Upstairs, there are air-conditioned rooms (or sitting outside also has fans). But yesterday, I sat until around 11 PM, and it seemed like the air conditioner was turned off (or broken, I don't know), so sitting at night requires a fan because it's still a bit hot. People working on computers, group meetings, gaming, etc., gather quite a lot and are lively throughout the night. It's quite a suitable place for night owls. Buying orange juice at 35k/glass is also quite reasonable. Overall, it's spacious, airy with many tables and chairs, and power outlets. A plus point is that they provide bottles of mineral water (or spring water, filtered water, I don't know) for people to take and use for free, which is quite customer-friendly.

Good espresso, open 24/7, but when I sit at night, they often don't turn on the coffee machine.

I am a regular customer of Phê's drinks at the Sơn Trà branch. At the Sơn Trà branch, I must say the quality is 10/10, from the space to the staff. But now I switched to this branch and am a bit disappointed. The service and space are far inferior between the two branches. I was served a drink, but there was a foreign object on the coaster, which made me worried about the quality of the beverage. The staff probably didn't pay close attention to this issue. The restroom and tables and chairs from previous customers were not cleaned up even though I sat there the whole time. If they say they don't have enough staff, that's not true because when I left, I saw the staff were quite idle and using their phones during work. In general, everything here is too bad. Although I am not a picky person, the quality difference between the two branches is too great. As meticulous as the Sơn Trà branch is, this branch is that bad, so I will not come here again.

Chill eatery, beautiful view, quiet enough for conversation. However, sitting outside, there are a few guys smoking.
