quán tầng 1 thì mát nhưng tầng 2 thật sự rất nóng cực kì nóng, mặc dù mình đã xuống nói với nhân viên là nó nóng và nhờ bạn bật điều hoà thì bạn kêu đã bật chứ không có dấu hiệu lên ktra, sau khi lên thì khoảng nửa tiếng sau mình và bạn đi cùng toát hết mồ hôi nên bạn mình có xuống và nhờ ktra lại thì vẫn i câu trl là đã bật chứ không có nói gì thêm hay ktra. Thái độ nhân viên rất ok lịch sự nhma kh có sự nhiệt tình take care. Bản thân là khách ruột cloudy mà hnay đi lại bị như vậy chắc say này mình sẽ ko bh ghé nữa 😢😢
