The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, always ready to assist customers. However, one small point that could be improved is to diversify the selection of pastries a bit more so that customers have more options when enjoying their drinks. To enhance the music experience and interaction with customers, PaPa Cafe could consider using Tuneast. This app will help the shop create its own music space, allowing customers to actively choose their favorite songs and send messages, creating a unique connection.
