On the evening of December 28, 2025, I called the eatery and ordered a drink. I intended to sit at the eatery, and after ordering, I planned to sit outside and asked if there was a fan, but the staff just mumbled... no. So I had to take a fan and plug it in myself to sit. The lychee green tea with kumquat was okay, but the tea had too much sugar and too much ice. At that time, I asked the staff to add more water to the tea, and the staff said, 'Sir, just take the water pitcher and pour it into the cup yourself.' I had to pour it myself as well. After sitting for about 3 minutes, I saw the staff cleaning up tables and chairs, so I asked if they were closing, and then I asked for a bag to take away. I feel that the service attitude of the staff was quite superficial, not fulfilling their duties. My rating for the eatery is 1 star.
