Chât lượng bình thường, uống đc. Gần quanh quanh nhà đi mua về uống. Nhưng vào thì thái độ mất dạy, đi mua ko phải đi xin. Mình giữ bình tỉnh nên đứng dậy ra về. Không quay lại.

Oh my. I've been drinking at this shop since 7th grade until now, my 4th year of university, hehe. Before, it was too sweet for my taste, so I stopped drinking for a while. This year, I came back to drink and it's just right, less sweet. Probably changed the recipe. I often drink milk tea with full jelly, no ice, it's a lot, it's delicious, really cheap. Hehehe, and I also often order on Ahamove, both free shipping and no extra floor price, really satisfying.

Most of the 1-star reviews are about the service attitude, meaning the staff's attitude. As for the drinks and affordability, they are good. Actually, this shop is much cheaper than many shops in Da Nang; it might be the cheapest milk tea place. The drinks are also okay, not bad. In terms of taste, many people find them delicious. It's just that the staff's attitude and service style are rated poorly. I've been there 4 or 5 times but haven't seen any issues with the staff's attitude; it's very normal. So, you should try the drinks.

Oh my god, the staff member with glasses has such a bad attitude. Why doesn't the restaurant do anything about it? I used to be a regular customer, but now I'm so disappointed.

The staff's attitude is not good. The lady with glasses often frowns at customers and speaks curtly. Customers are not beggars. No one forces you to smile at customers, I don't need that, but you should speak politely.

The serving staff has a bad attitude towards customers

The shop frequently gets orders wrong and leaves out toppings. There is a female staff member who has a very bad attitude, often ignores customers, speaks curtly when taking orders, and is disrespectful when serving dishes. I have also been left without a straw and spoon many times. The shop keeps raising prices, but the quality is not at all commensurate. For a milk tea full of ice priced at 25-30k, even though it's not a big brand, I suggest the shop review its pricing and the service attitude of its staff.

Bad

My place is near this eatery, about a 10-15 minute walk away (if I walk slowly). Drinks: okay, acceptable, not outstanding but the price is okay. You can study here or chat, that's fine. Atmosphere: quite crowded in the evening, went around 9 PM and still saw it crowded, the parking lot is a bit small, a long line makes it hard to park:)) acceptable. Service: SLOPPY WORK, the female order staff is like what?? I came first, so I should be served first, right? But when I was about to order, that female staff said "Please move aside for me, let that lady order first" while that lady had just parked and was walking into the eatery?🤢🤢 They should reconsider the staff. Deserves a 1-star rating for service.

The staff had a bad attitude towards me (the customer). I arrived first and ordered while the waiting area was empty, but when later customers came in, they were served before me. When I asked the staff, they were rude and didn't answer. They served water to the later customers first, and only then did they get to me.

I usually buy to take away, so I only focus on the quality of the drinks and the delivery service. Recently, I have been visiting the shop more often. I notice that the space is clean, including the restroom, and the drinks are definitely delicious and suit my taste, which is why I have had them many times. However, the service is hit or miss. Some days I encounter a staff member who speaks gently and is super lovely, other days I encounter another who talks loudly and acts superior to new staff in front of customers. So the service depends on each staff member's personality. I don't rate the service highly. But I hope that staff member who reads this review will tone it down, creating a more pleasant atmosphere.
