The view is great looking over the city skyline and dragon bridge. However the food was subpar to go with the view. I ordered a 5 course meal in which I enjoyed the salad and the soup, however the steak was not edible. I could barely chew on the steak and ultimately spit it out as I couldn’t shallow! Perhaps I was unlucky to land on a piece of steak full of tendons and nerves. Still was a disappointment!

Come for a date with Dragon Bridge view. Terrible food quality. Stone cold scallops and lobster. Waiter with no training whatsoever.

Since I am lactose intolerant, I asked the waiter before ordering whether the smoothie contained any milk. He clearly told me, “No milk.” After drinking the smoothie, I started feeling unwell. When it was time to pay, I asked again if there was any milk in it. The cashier told me that the smoothie did in fact contain condensed milk. She then asked the barman again, and he confirmed that it contained condensed milk. My girlfriend explained that I am lactose intolerant and that drinking milk can cause me severe stomach problems and diarrhea. Instead of apologizing for giving me incorrect information, the staff laughed at me, which made me feel extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Giving incorrect information about food ingredients can have serious consequences, and laughing at a customer in this situation is completely unacceptable.

I came here with the intention to go to the view since I’ve seen it on TikTok. But this is the worst place I’ve been to in my entire life. The staff told us the whole boat only has one buffet place, so we fell for this scam. This whole restaurant is so dirty the food is so bad. They gave us a table that was super dirty all the other tables were super dirty as well. There’s trash on the floor and I am writing this so that no one else falls for this tourist scam.

Nous sommes venus deux soirs de suite dans ce restaurant-bateau, principalement pour la vue sur le pont du Dragon, qui est effectivement magnifique. Et honnêtement, c’est à peu près le seul point positif que nous retenons. Le premier soir, il pleuvait et le spectacle du Dragon a été annulé. Nous avons simplement pris un verre, ce qui était finalement sympa. Nous avons toutefois été assez étonnés de voir plusieurs personnes quitter le restaurant en laissant leurs assiettes quasiment pleines… Ça donne déjà une idée de l’expérience. Nous avons quand même décidé de revenir le lendemain, puisque nous voulions profiter du spectacle. Nous avons commandé quelques boissons et des frites. Résultat : 30 minutes d’attente pour de simples frites, alors que le restaurant était loin d’être bondé. Et quand elles arrivent enfin, le service n’est absolument pas agréable. Mention spéciale à une employée à lunettes, particulièrement peu aimable, qui donne vraiment l’impression que les clients dérangent. On vient pourtant pour passer un bon moment, pas pour avoir l’impression de devoir s’excuser de commander quelque chose. Heureusement, nous avons pu voir le spectacle du Dragon et profiter de la vue, qui est vraiment superbe.

A fuir, très mauvaise expérience. Le seul point positif, c’est la vue. Nous y sommes allés deux soirs de suite pour voir le Dragon Bridge. Le premier soir, sous la pluie, un cocktail, correct mais sans plus. Le second soir, très mauvais accueil par le personnel (surtout la dame à lunette qui aboie sur tout le monde, les clients et ses propres collègues). Une demi heure pour nous servir une frite froide, des cocktails bâclés, nous ne nous sommes même pas tenté à manger sur place quand nous avons vu les autres clients partir les assiettes à peine touchées. Quand on lit les récents avis, on se rend compte finalement que la satisfaction client n’est pas leur priorité, ils veulent juste attraper des touristes et remplir leur poche. Il y a d’autres bar/resto au bord de l’eau qui sont moins chers, ont une belle vue et où l’expérience sera assurément meilleure.

Nhân viên nữ hình như quản lí mặc đồ đen phục vụ trên tầng 3 mặt khá hóng hách ngta mượn bàn chụp hình chút xíu dù gì cũng k có khách mà thái độ học hằn, khó chịu với khách hàng, khách đang ngồi nhờ 1 xíu liền ra thái độ. Lần cuối cùng đi chỗ này đồ ăn cũng bth thoi chả có gì ngoài view

Quá tệ, chỉ phục vụ khách ăn, khách uống nước yêu cầu quạt cả buổi ko thèm mang cho. Giá thì mắc, nước thì bình thường, đừng ai vào quán này làm gì

Mình khuyên thật mọi ng muốn đi ăn cùng gđ hay muốn có trải nghiệm xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra thì đừng chọn nhà hàng này. Gđ mình đi tổng 5ng lớn 1 trẻ( có ng già) lên dc quán thì đánh giá view đẹp, đồ ăn khá ngon nhưng khẩu phần rất ít( vde này mình ko nói vì ngồi trên tàu có view nên giá sẽ rất nhỉnh). Đi từ 20h thì 21h ra đc 2 đĩa cơm rang và mấy lon nước, ngồi đó chờ mòn cổ những bàn khác thì đc phục vụ liên tiếp có những khách đến sau mình đc lên đồ rất nhanh. Trời đã gió gọi nồi lẩu lại còn nấu lửa cồn rồi ko bt vde gì mãi ko xong, kêu nhân viên check thì cứ bảo xong r hối bếp, xung quanh cả chục nvien chạy đi chạy lại mà có ai để ý đc bàn của mình đợi dài cổ mà ra hỏi thăm?. Có cả gđ mình chứ đâu ph bọn trẻ mà kiên nhẫn đợi hoài dc, bill cả bàn hết hơn 2tr, ít hay nhiều nó cũng là tiền, đã ăn k no còn ngồi đợi( ko phải có tiền gọi nhiều hay k mà hơn tiếng đồng hồ lên đc nồi lẩu bé xíu mãi k sôi và dĩa nướng vài con tôm miếng cá bé thì thử gọi nhiều hơn bao h mới ra để ăn đc mà về nhà), nhận lại ko xứng đáng. ĐÂY LÀ TRẢI NGHIỆM CÁ NHÂN và hoàn toàn ko bịa đặt, nhà hàng có đông thì nên xem xét vấn đề tốc độ lên món, cơ sở vật chất và chất lượng dịch vụ để khách nào cx có trải nghiệm tốt nhất đừng để có TH 2 như mình.

Thật sự là tất tệ, mình có liên hệ đặt bàn và chốt xong lúc 5h là đặt xong bàn và có bảo 18h mình đến. Vì có bé nhỏ nên mình hơi muộn hơn là 18h30 mình mới tới gần tới còn bảo lên món luôn đi. Rồi cuối cùng sau khi tới mình phải đợi đến 19h30 vẫn chưa lên được món nào, mình dục 2-3 lần thì nhân viên chỉ bảo là thông cảm, đến lần 3 thì nv bảo mình 1 câu vô trách nhiệm là có bàn sinh nhật bên cạnh nên cj thông cảm, ý là phải đợi xong bàn sinh nhật mới đến bàn mình. Trong khi đồ bên đấy lên hết r nhân viên tất cả chỉ quanh quanh phục vụ bàn sinh nhật còn bàn mình thì mặc kệ luôn, con thì bé đặt thì đặt trước r, còn bắt đặt hoá đến >1tr mới được đặt bàn còn cả cọc trước, mà phục vụ và đồ ăn kh đáng để bỏ ra

Very slow service, the servers don't want to work. The food needs to be reviewed, way too much fat in the meats. Really, don't go there.

The staff at the Karra restaurant serve carelessly, they add extra items to the bill even though the customer doesn't want them, the food is not tasty and expensive. Anyone planning to go to Karra for singing should stay away. It brings shame to Da Nang city!

The water is too sweet, the service staff is not attentive, sitting at a table for 6 people, there are 2 boxes of tissue, the staff took both boxes, too careless.

I don't understand why when booking a table with a view it was fine, but when I arrived they arranged a table in the corner, the food was messy, even fried rice, an easy dish, they managed to mess up?

Instead of scallop for 299k — pollock. The administrator with a serious face insisted that it was scallop. This is no longer a mistake, but a circus with horses. Just inhuman.

It's The View Restaurant, but currently there are fireworks on Fri, Sat, Sun, so the 1st and 5th floors charge an entrance fee. Please note. For reservations, please have a Korean person book via KakaoTalk. The food is high quality and delicious. I always enjoy dining with good people, but it was even more delicious with a loved one. Fri, Sat, Sun are crowded, but I recommend making a reservation for around 7:30 or 8 PM.
