The Mi Quang with broth is delicious. It has tofu, fried tofu, and tofu skin. Look around the market and have a simple meal.
I really like the broth of the bun Hue at this eatery, oh my god it's super fragrant with a natural sweetness, eating it feels incredibly refreshing. My second favorite dish is the Yangzhou fried rice, but it depends on the day, sometimes when I eat it, the eatery fries the rice grains so dry and burnt that it's hard to chew and swallow, while other times it's deliciously amazing. Everyone should come and try it, hehe ☺️
The food is diverse, also okay. However, I prefer to eat Quang noodles with more vegetables. The eatery is spacious and airy, quiet, near Non Nuoc market.
