Terrible. They had already ordered enough, but they kept jumping in to advise that it wasn't enough and scared them into ordering more to trick customers, then arbitrarily wrote down the quantities. The grouper was only 5-6 taels each, but when it came time to pay, it was 1.1kg per fish. The chicken was extremely bad—mushy and soft, like industrial chicken, almost untouched. Forgot to take photos, so the owner said we ate it all 😂😂… They took advantage of people being drunk and partying, blaming the kids for bringing out extra, even though we only ordered 3 packs of soft drinks. That's 6*3 = 18 cans total, but they charged us for 25. Drinks like 6 bottles, but they wrote 21 bottles. We went out for a party, ordered a tray for 17 adults and 13 children, but they said 35. It was clear they were dishonest from the start. Beer: we drank 90, they charged 92; soft drinks: we drank 16, they counted 25. Only when we made them recount did the dishonesty come out. It was a bit late when we got back from the party, so we just considered it alms for the hungry ghosts. Truly terrible. The food was awful. Stay far away.

Really had a very bad experience. The food was bad, not fresh, and the price was extremely expensive.

Delicious food, reasonable price

Food: 1/ The snakehead fish was dead and had a foul smell, yet it was still grilled for customers. Even though it was marinated with spices, the rotten smell could not be masked. Ordered 5 fish, 2 out of 5 had a rotten smell :)) 2/ The remaining dishes were average, nothing special Service: 1/ Ordered stir-fried frog with lemongrass and chili + bread. Finished the frog after 15 minutes, and only then was the bread brought out 2/ For the hot pot, the plate of vermicelli was served first, waited 20 minutes but the hot pot pot still hadn't arrived, even though the restaurant was not busy at all Atmosphere: 1/ The air was fresh and breezy, near the canal, so the flies were extremely numerous, like a festival. Sitting and eating felt like being at a fish stall in the market 2/ The restaurant keeps ornamental bantam chickens, but please keep them in a designated area. They roam freely, walking back and forth under our feet while we eat, which is unhygienic

The grouper 1.150kg, this much skin and fins deep-fried. Asked the owner, she swore on the road to be hit by a car. 😤 …

The eatery is airy, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable! I had the chance to visit New Bờ Kênh Quán with friends on the weekend and was very impressed with the spacious and airy atmosphere of the place. This is an ideal spot for gathering with friends or family. 🥢 Advantages: ✅ Spacious, airy space with ample parking ✅ Diverse dishes, especially fresh and delicious seafood ✅ Quick and friendly service staff ✅ Reasonable prices for the quality of the food 📌 Some dishes I tried: 🍤 Salt and chili grilled shrimp – Well-balanced flavor, fresh shrimp, fragrantly grilled 🐟 Grilled snakehead fish – Sweet fish meat, dipping in fish sauce is super delicious 🥗 Catfish and mango salad – Balanced sweet and sour, very appetizing 👎 Minor drawback: It gets crowded on weekends, so there's a bit of a wait; it would be better if the restaurant had more serving staff.

The food is mostly to taste, but on the second visit, the food was burnt. I reported it to the manager but only received a perfunctory response, handled unprofessionally. With the way the manager and staff handled it, I will not return again 👎

New Bo Kenh eatery is worth exploring. The eatery has a Birthday Party room.

The owner defaulted on wages for employees and students working part-time, the food is dirty, employees posted online, and the owner disappeared without daring to show their face.

The eatery has a large screen for watching football.
