Phục vụ quá tệ,kêu cùng lúc nhưng không đem ra,kêu 3 tô mỳ ,1 phần kim chi thêm.nhưng chỉ đem ra 2 tô ,ăn gần hết cũng chẳng thấy phần kim chi đâu mà các món khác cũng chẳng thấy

Chúng tôi đi ăn ngày 24/7/2026, vào buổi tối. Tiệm khá vắng khách. Ấy vậy, dịch vụ khách hàng liên tục mắc lỗi ( lên đơn nhầm cho chúng tôi, đưa nhầm đồ ăn giao về cho chúng tôi trong khi chúng tôi không hề đặt, xin nước thì các nhân viên đều lơ mặc cho tôi đã hỏi người bồi bàn và anh ấy đã nhắc cho tất cả nhưng không một đồng nghiệp nào của anh ấy phản ứng hay hành động phục vụ khách hàng). Đồ ăn bình thường, không còn ngon như ngày xưa. Súp lơ còn sống, nấm kim chi đưa ra số ng. (Nhẽ ra nám kim chi phải đc ngập trong nước để chín chứ không phải đề lên trên tô mỳ). Trải nghiệm rất rất tệ.

Bad mixed noodles, poor service staff

The spicy noodles are bad, not spicy at all, had to ask for an extra bowl of chili, the noodles are mushy. The sweet potato croquettes are fried burnt black.

The customer is looking at the menu, the staff snatches the menu back.

Bought spicy noodles to take away but the noodles are nowhere to be found, not even on the receipt, I don't know how they do business.

I just got back from eating. The green chili salt dipping sauce was spoiled. When I called the staff over to tell them, there wasn't a single apology, just an indifferent attitude. The restaurant should retrain its service staff. Thank you!

Staff have a bad attitude, when ordering they keep glancing, then read the bill back like they're rapping or something, customers can't even keep up, working in service like that:))))))

Check the parking attendant, not good-looking, please don't be rude. The food is okay, the service staff is always fine whenever I visit.

The food is undeniably delicious, but the attitude of one male staff member was quite bad. When I asked for more water, he gave me a dirty look. When it was almost time to leave, he brought the bill to our table, just dropped it down without saying a word, and had a bad attitude. I hope the restaurant handles cases like this strictly. I was at table A20 at around 6 PM on 16/03/2026.

Called the staff to ask for a bowl politely two or three times, but they still ignored me and gave it to another table =)))) Asked for regular water as usual and got it, but this time they ignored me and didn't give it, even though we ordered a lot, not just a little.

The staff's attitude is poor. Despite bowing my head many times to ask, they still ignored me and didn't serve. The food to take away was prepared first, while the food for dining in was made to wait very long. When asked, they just said 'here, here' with a bad attitude, but after a long time, still nothing. When asking for the menu, I was only allowed to call for about 2 minutes, then they took it back and didn't let me order more. No one parked the car for customers; they made customers park it themselves.

Bought level 1 mixed spicy noodles + extra sausage, took it home and opened it, but there was no sausage. Last time, the order was delivered to the wrong person. There is a personnel issue, possibly due to low wages causing employees to be secretly dissatisfied and not focused on work.

Order from level 3 transferred to level 1. Ordered when it was crowded, but unexpectedly, I ordered at the same time as another table. They finished eating and left, while I waited an additional half hour (the manager ordered). The clams were still dirty, and the food was not fresh.

Why didn't you improve after the previous bad review? Really frustrating, customers who came earlier ordered later but got their dishes later.

Previously, I used to eat spicy noodles here. The broth is not too rich, but I find the eatery clean! The toppings are okay!!!

Ordering spicy noodles for delivery far away, but they are packed in paper boxes that arrive all leaking water and damaged. The shop should invest in plastic bags to hold the water.

I had a bad experience at this eatery. I went for lunch and waited over 30 minutes for my noodles while the place only had a few other tables of customers. In the picture below is a bowl of noodles for 58k (chicken Size L), let me ask you, how small would the chicken Size M be??? (I know taste is subjective, but for me it was very bad, extremely bad) I advise everyone not to come to this eatery if you want a good experience and a truly delicious bowl of spicy noodles.
