Karaoke New Saigon has cool space, nice decoration and good sound, but poor service when guests were asked to leave at 12 noon. Many customers complain about attitude and treatment. Food is good but singing time is limited.

Ok
Went to sing karaoke at noon but was kicked out at 12 o'clock due to internet cutoff. The experience was terrible. The service completely disregards customer feelings. Will not come again.
Terrible! Disdain for customers, no respect for customers, first and last time visiting here
The KTV room's sound system was good at 11 AM, but cutting off the internet and rushing guests out at noon was a real mood killer; the environment is unique, the air conditioning is cool, the decor is beautiful, and the food tastes good, but the time limit leaves you wanting more.
Go to karaoke at 11 PM, still welcome guests, until 12 AM turn off the network, not allow singing, kick guests out.
