Mình tình cờ đi ngang qua, thấy quán có màu vàng rất bắt mắt, nhìn khá nổi bật nên mình tò mò tạt vào ăn thử. Đến lúc vào mới biết đây là Bánh Ép Cầu Hai Huế ở Đà Nẵng, một món khá quen thuộc với những ai thích đồ ăn vặt kiểu Huế. Mình gọi phần bánh ép tôm 4 cái giá 32k. Bánh được ép khá nhanh, phục vụ cũng nhanh nên không phải chờ lâu. Bánh ăn ổn, tuy phần bánh hơi mỏng nhưng nhân tôm vừa vị, ăn nóng khá ngon. Điểm cộng lớn là mắm nêm ngon, đậm đà và rất hợp với bánh ép. Rau ăn kèm tươi, ngoài ra còn có một đĩa dưa leo và đu đủ ăn cùng khá ngon, giòn và giúp món ăn cân bằng vị hơn. Menu của quán cũng khá đa dạng, ngoài bánh ép tôm, còn có bánh ép mực, tôm thịt,… có nhiều loại bánh và món ăn khác như bát bột lọc, nem chua rán, chân gà sốt thái,… để lựa chọn nên lần sau có thể thử thêm những món khác. Ấn tượng ban đầu là quán có màu vàng rất dễ nhận ra, còn trải nghiệm ăn uống thì nhìn chung khá ổn. Với mức giá 32k cho một phần 4 cái bánh ép tôm hoặc 27k cho 1 phần 3 cái bánh ép nhân khác (tầm 8-9k/cái) thì mình thấy khá hợp lý, đặc biệt nếu đang muốn tìm một món ăn nhanh, vừa túi tiền mà vẫn có nhiều lựa chọn. Bánh tuy hơi mỏng nhưng tổng thể hương vị ổn, đặc biệt là mắm nêm và đồ ăn kèm rất hợp vị. Sẽ quay lại thử thêm những loại bánh khác trong menu. 👍

I found out about the eatery thanks to a review on TikTok. In my opinion, the pressed cake is dry and chewy, and the dipping sauce is not flavorful at all. The mixed fermented pork roll and the ly snails are also nothing special. Just try it once to see.

My family came to try it after seeing it on TikTok. We ordered 3 dishes but waited quite a long time (no problem). However, the bánh ép (pressed cake) had sand in it. I told the staff, but no one explained until I mentioned it a second time, then a staff member said it was shrimp heads (okay, no problem). The restaurant is quite cramped, messy, and littered with paper scraps on the floor (no problem). You guys need to straighten things out if you want to maintain and develop long-term.

I visited and had a pretty bad experience at this eatery. Ordered for over half an hour but no food was brought out. Coca-Cola was available but still not brought to the customer immediately. Sat waiting for 30-40 minutes without getting anything. The attitude of the serving staff was very poor; they didn't take care of the customers. When customers asked if a dish was ready, they always said 'almost ready,' but after 30 minutes, it still wasn't brought out, even though other tables that came later had finished eating and paid to leave. The staff had a very bad attitude 🙂

Service as if dropped from heaven, table clearing is slow, serving side dishes is also slow, the food is delicious but maybe because it's too late in the evening, everything is sold out, the place is also small so it's quite cramped.

The cake pressing hasn't achieved the right chewiness; I ordered a plate of 7 pieces but only 2 were chewy, the rest were too dry. At 7k each, I think there are many places that are better and more affordable for the quality.

I find the banh ep at Hi more delicious than Khanh (personal taste), and the price is cheaper. The fermented fish sauce is very well-seasoned. The fried tok rice cakes & lemongrass-lime chicken feet are quite sticky. The snails in the ceramic jar are quite unique in flavor. The mixed hog plum juice is also good. Overall, I like this eatery!

Delicious, next time when there are more people, I will order more dishes to try.
