Đồ ăn lên quá lâu trong khi đã có nấu sẵn.không gian quán nóng nực mất vệ sinh không có thùng rác thiếu quạt nhiều ruồi.Hầu như đã được làm sẵn nên bị nguội chén đường không có nắp để cho ruồi bu dô . Không được thanh toán bằng chuyển khoảng trong khi quán có rất nhiều chi nhanh bà có bán online

The staff is extremely rude; going to buy feels like begging. The place is dirty, hot, and the facilities are terrible. When sitting down to eat, the staff ignores you, doesn't bother to ask, and doesn't bother to reply when spoken to.

The staff members all had scowling faces. The day I went, we arrived at exactly 11:48 AM, while the opening hours say 9:30 AM. By 9:30, they should have set everything up and had food ready. But when we got there, we only saw two tables of delivery drivers eating, yet they still turned customers away. They said to wait a long time—okay, we could wait—but instead they told us to leave??? I'm giving a low rating because of the staff and the incomplete food preparation; it's also not well-organized. I've eaten here for a long time, but previous visits were at other branches. I only came to this branch out of necessity, and I got turned away. If they feel they can't prepare properly, they could turn off the app and serve walk-in customers directly. Prioritizing the app but ignoring walk-in customers???

Told the customer to wait 20-30 minutes, but waited 50 minutes and still no dish in sight, called the staff but got no response :))

The shop is dirty, the food takes over 40 minutes and still hasn't arrived, and they say we have to wait more. Even waiting more, there's still no food, so we had to stand up and leave...

Normally, there was a trash basket, but now there isn't one; previous customers littered everywhere, making it unappealing to sit. The dining tables were dirty, as if they hadn't been wiped at all. Normally, I eat with a dipping bowl with a bit of hot oil, which smells fragrant and isn't too sweet. Today, you didn't bother to add oil, and the fish sauce was terribly sweet. As for the staff, I understand you're busy with many customers and flustered, but at least instead of two of you working, the other could clean up or help out; instead, you sat there on your phone while customers and delivery orders were waiting a lot. I'm increasingly losing my fondness for this restaurant. Before, I was a big fan of Bún Đậu Phất Lộc, but now it has declined so much.

I advise everyone to avoid this eatery and find another place to eat. I posted this because I'm telling the truth, not because I want money from this cheap, lousy owner.

I hope the restaurant can improve the following😊 Once I used the restroom and saw it was terribly dirty, with things scattered everywhere. Since then, I've been thinking and wondering how the food preparation area would be, given how awful the restroom was .-. The dining tables are missing one thing or another; when sitting down to eat, we have to borrow chili peppers and sugar from other tables. During my most recent meal, I noticed the vermicelli had a sour smell, and the tofu seemed off, just like leftover food.
