Bun Cha Ha Noi is definitely one of my fav vietnamese food, so when I saw this unique variation of this dish, I needed to try it. It is quite busy on Sunday mornings with lots of locals there for their breakfast. The smell of the grilled meat is heavenly when you walk in. The star of the show is definitely the grilled meat, it's fragrance, meaty and has a very nice texture. The broth itself is a lil bit too sweet for me.

Mình khá thích món bún chả quạt ở quán. Phần bún được chuẩn bị khá đầy đặn, chả nướng thơm và có lớp ngoài hơi cháy xém nhẹ nên ăn rất hấp dẫn. Chả có vị đậm đà vừa phải, kết hợp với bún, rau sống và nước chấm tạo nên hương vị khá hài hòa. Nước chấm có vị chua ngọt dễ ăn, không quá gắt và giúp món ăn đỡ ngấy hơn. Rau ăn kèm được chuẩn bị khá tươi và sạch sẽ, giúp bữa ăn có thêm sự cân bằng. Phần ăn nhìn chung vừa đủ, trình bày gọn gàng và khá bắt mắt. Quán phục vụ tương đối nhanh, nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Không gian sạch sẽ, thoải mái, phù hợp để ăn cùng bạn bè hoặc gia đình. Nhìn chung, món bún chả quạt có hương vị thơm ngon, dễ ăn và khá đáng thử. Mình khá hài lòng với chất lượng món ăn và sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.

I'm a person from Saigon traveling to Da Nang for work. Today, I happened to scroll through Grab to order breakfast and saw that the eatery has many delicious and diverse dishes, so I decided to give it a try since it's quite close to the hotel where I'm staying. The eatery doesn't have a menu for add-ons, so I noted in the notes section to add extra fish sauce and extra vegetables. The eatery was very lovely and gave me a lot indeed. The food arrived with hot fish sauce and spring rolls, and it was very tasty. The dipping sauce flavor was just right. The sourness and sweetness were moderate. I also ordered an extra box of mixed sticky rice; I don't know if the sticky rice is good, but it was presented beautifully, and the sticky rice box was a paper box, very polite. 10 points for service attitude. When I have time, I will visit in person to enjoy it while it's hot.
Bun cha restaurant
If you compare it to Korea, it's like neobiani?? It has a similar feel, but it's crazy. The owner is also very kind, and the fantastic harmony of meat juice and oil sauce makes me feel like I've achieved enlightenment after eating.

Doing business dishonestly
Even though I lived in a small city eating only local food, I only now discovered this.. The charcoal-grilled pork rice cake ribs have truly fantastic meat flavor and texture. Even with extra meat, it's a meal for about 4,000 won. As expected, Vietnamese local food is something Koreans can't help but love.
The portion is a bit small, no grilled meat, and the vegetables are also scarce. The eatery raised the actual price on Grab Food, and when dining in, the time is limited from 6-10 PM. I hope the eatery will reconsider to attract more customers!
