Thad a good experience at Mi Quang Ba Mua in Da Nang. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. The Mi Quang is delicious, the noodles are soft, and the broth is flavorful. I ordered shrimp and pork Mi Quang, and the toppings were fresh. The vegetables were clean and fresh. The price is reasonable, around 50.000-75.000 VND. It's worth trying when you visit Da Nang.

Mình là khách du lịch, đây là lần đầu tiên mình đánh giá về quán ăn Đoàn mình đi 12 người vào quán ăn, lúc đó trong quán chỉ có 2-3 vị khách lẻ Món ăn đưa lên rất nhanh nhưng cả 12 tô, tô nào cũng nguội ngắc, mình có gọi nv lại hỏi quán em bán nguội như này hay sao, nv bảo dạ không, quán bán nóng, mình bảo vậy sao đây nguội ngắc, không 1 chút ấm (cả 12 tô y chang) Nv phớt lờ lời nói của mình xong đi vào trong, lát sau 1 người trong đoàn mình hỏi 1 bạn nv khác, và thái độ của nv cũng phớt lờ lời của khách, không 1 lời giải thích và thái độ cực kì không tốt Thái độ của nv ở đây cực kì cực kì cực kì tệ

Thái độ từ quản lí đến nhân viên. Mình và bạn gọi 2 ly nước chanh dây và nước chanh có dặn bỏ ít đường vì kháng insulin nên thật sự không thể dùng đồ quá ngọt. Gọi nhân viên và chủ ra để nói thì nhận lại phản hồi "lạt nhách mà", "sao nãy không gọi không đường đi? vì cái này là phải có sữa?" - tôi là khách chứ là nhân viên ở đây hả mà biết quán chế biến kiểu gì mà trả lời kiểu này ạ? Xin thêm quạt vì không gian quán quá hầm và nóng, chỉ có 1 cái quạt quay ở phía trên đầu, nhưng không đủ mát nên có xin thêm 1 cái quạt để đứng yên, (rõ là có 1 cái ở gần quầy quản lí và có 1 cái quạt to) NHƯNG KHÔNG! quản lí quyết định bảo "quạt trên đầu đó đủ rồi" :)) ????? Chưa nói đến chất lượng đồ ăn, riêng việc phục vụ đã khiến món ăn thêm dở rồi ạ!

Trải nghiệm của tụi mình ở đây rất tệ, bao gồm những tình tiết sau: - tụi mình Xin mở thêm quạt vì quát buổi sáng đúng hướng nắng rất hầm nhưng quán từ chối - tụi mình có gọi 1 gà ta, 1 tôm thịt, đồ ăn có vẻ hơi nguội, vị kh hợp tụi mình (châc tuỳ khẩu vị) - tụi mình gọi nước: 1 nước lọc, 1 chanh tươi, 1 chanh dây (mình có nhắc và nhấn mạnh với bạn oder rằng ít ngọt giúp mình nhiều lần) nhưng món nước tụi mình nhận là ngọt sợt, mình có đặt vấn đề với cô quản lý thì cổ nếm thử (bằng cách dùng đũa chích vào) rồi bảo nhạt nhách và trách mình sao kh dặn là kh đường luôn, vì chanh dây ở đây bỏ thêm sữa, tụi mình dandh ngậm nguồi uống nước lọc, ăn đc nửa tô mì và trả tiền bill hết hơn 150k cho mớ món đó (chanh tươi của bạn mình cũng ngọt ngây và cả hai ly tụi mình để nguyên) Thực sự bắt đầu một ngày mới ở đây là hên lắm mới xuôi đc như vậy Mn cân nhắc tránh mất tiền mà rước bực vào người nha🥺

Staff attitude, customers come to eat but are treated like beggars

The jellyfish has a salty taste, chews like jelly but not as crunchy as the jellyfish usually eaten at other eateries. Not sure which part of the jellyfish this is, but it doesn't feel safe at all.

The noodles are delicious, but it doesn't feel very hygienic, especially the vegetables.

Poor service staff, incorrect billing, terrible experience😡

Ordered a bowl of 2 items (chicken + frog) for 55k, with an egg for 6k. They gave me a bowl without egg, so I had to ask for an extra egg. Then at checkout, they charged me 70k for a special bowl. When I questioned it, the owner argued stubbornly, saying this bowl had more meat. Oh well, even if they gave extra, they shouldn't add it to the customer's bill, let alone when they gave less.

The noodles sold in the evening are too cold. At least the pot of water must be hot, but it's too cold, which is terrible.

Mỳ Quảng chicken requested only wings but the staff put in neck and breast. Very annoying.

An experience that made me rethink how a restaurant is run. The service staff had quite a poor attitude, lacking even the minimum warmth – which should be the foundation in the service industry. The restaurant space was stuffy and cramped, even though the weather outside was already very hot; this shows a lack of observation and concern for the customer experience. The food was nothing special for the price. It seems the restaurant manager holds the title of 'manager' but doesn't truly understand what management means: no control over staff, no maintenance of service quality, and no creation of a comfortable environment for guests. If things don't change, the restaurant will easily lose customers who once wanted to support it.

What annoys me most when coming to this eatery is not the staff, but the management here. I don't know what the manager is doing, but it's clear they have no idea how to manage. It's scorching hot outside, yet inside the eatery it's even more stuffy and cramped, as if no one cares whether customers can sit comfortably. An eatery with such an unpleasant atmosphere is truly terrible. The food is just average, while the prices are higher than the quality deserves. There are many better and more comfortable options around. What's worth mentioning is that all issues show that the manager has no control, no observation, and makes no improvements: from the space, customer experience, to food quality. They hold the title of manager, but their operation fails to demonstrate the word 'management'. If the manager's mindset and responsibility don't change, it will be very difficult for the eatery to retain customers, let alone develop.

The food at the eatery is not outstanding, the space is also average. There is an older staff member, I don't know if she is the owner or manager, but her attitude is as if she doesn't really need customers. A meal there truly makes me not want to return and is full of negativity.
