Thật sự thất vọng về thái độ phục vụ Đây là một nhà hàng Nhật khá nổi tiếng, nhưng thái độ nhân viên lại rất khó chấp nhận. Nhóm mình 7 người, bill khoảng 2,5 triệu, đã đặt bàn và yêu cầu setup sinh nhật nhưng trong suốt bữa ăn gần như không cảm nhận được sự chu đáo hay nhiệt tình Bàn đầy đĩa đã dùng nhưng ít được dọn, những yêu cầu nhỏ của khách cũng khá khó khăn. Đây không phải lần đầu mình ăn nhà hàng Nhật, nhưng trải nghiệm lần này thực sự rất tệ và không tương xứng với mức giá cũng như hình ảnh của nhà hàng Bản thân mình cũng là một người làm trong ngành dịch vụ, nên mình hiểu công việc này không phải lúc nào cũng dễ dàng. Nhưng mình chắc chắn một điều: khách hàng của mình sẽ không bao giờ phải trải qua cảm giác mà mình đã trải qua ở đây

Trải nghiệm rất tệ và hoàn toàn không tương xứng với số tiền bỏ ra. Nhóm mình đã đặt bàn trước và yêu cầu setup sinh nhật, nhưng từ lúc bước vào đến khi ra về đều khá thất vọng, đặc biệt là thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên. Nhà hàng có phụ thu ngay khi bước vào. Chúng mình gọi à la carte, nhưng đồ ăn còn chưa ra thì nhân viên đã thông báo ăn không hết vẫn bị phụ thu. Nếu là buffet thì còn có thể hiểu, nhưng đây là gọi món riêng, giá không hề rẻ, lại tính thêm thuế trên từng món, nên cảm giác khách phải chịu quá nhiều khoản phí. Trong lúc ăn, bàn chất đầy đĩa đã dùng nhưng nhân viên rất ít chủ động dọn. Những việc nhỏ như mượn đĩa hay bật lửa cũng rất khó khăn. Tất cả cộng lại khiến trải nghiệm vô cùng khó chịu. Chúng mình bỏ ra một khoản tiền không nhỏ cho một bữa sinh nhật, nhưng đổi lại là cảm giác không được quan tâm và tôn trọng. Giá cao không phải vấn đề, nhưng với mức giá này thì chất lượng phục vụ hoàn toàn chưa tương xứng. Một lần trải nghiệm là đủ để mình cân nhắc rất kỹ việc có quay lại hay không. 料金に見合ったサービスとは思えず、とても残念な体験でした。 友人たちと誕生日のお祝いで利用するため、事前に予約し、バースデー用のセットアップもお願いしていました。しかし、入店してから退店するまで、特にスタッフの接客態度が非常に残念でした。 入店時から追加料金がかかり、私たちはアラカルトで注文したにもかかわらず、料理がまだ提供されていない段階で「食べ残した場合も追加料金がかかる」と説明されました。ビュッフェならまだ理解できますが、アラカルトで一品ずつ注文し、料理の価格も決して安くなく、さらに各料理に税金まで加算されるため、正直かなり納得しにくい料金設定だと感じました。 食事中も、使用済みのお皿がテーブルにたくさん溜まっているのに、スタッフがなかなか片付けに来ませんでした。お皿やライターを借りるといったちょっとしたお願いにも、かなり手間がかかりました。 せっかく誕生日のお祝いで、決して安くない金額を支払ったのに、大切にされている、きちんと接客してもらっているという気持ちにはなれませんでした。 料金が高いこと自体は問題ではありませんが、この価格帯であれば、それに見合ったサービスや接客を期待します。今回の経験を考えると、残念ながらもう一度利用するかどうかはかなり慎重に考えたいと思います。

Mình vừa có dịp ăn tại Gyusachi và nhìn chung khá hài lòng. Không gian quán sạch sẽ, thoáng, mang phong cách Nhật nên khá phù hợp để đi cùng gia đình hoặc bạn bè. Điểm mình thích nhất là thịt nướng Các món ăn kèm cũng đa dạng, lên món khá nhanh nên không phải chờ lâu. Nhân viên nhi nhiệt tình, thường xuyên hỏi thăm và hỗ trợ thay vỉ nướng khi cần. Giá buffet theo mình tương xứng với chất lượng đồ ăn và dịch vụ. Nếu có góp ý nhỏ thì vào giờ cao điểm quán khá đông nên hơi ồn một chút. Nhìn chung đây vẫn là một địa điểm đáng để trải nghiệm nếu bạn muốn ăn buffet nướng Nhật ở Đà Nẵng. Mình sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.

Quán lúc nào cũng đông phải đặt bàn chớ k thì k có bàn. Tuy nhiên nhân viên vẫn nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn khá ổn trong mức giá, đa dạng nhưng da cá hơi dầu 🥲. Nước ở mức tạm được.

Đồ ăn tươi ngon, đa dạng, không gian xịn sò, dù quán đông khách nhưng các bạn phục vụ rất nhanh nhẹn, luôn niềm nở và hỗ trợ khách,thay vỉ liên tục.

The meat quality is not great. You have to grill it yourself, which is bothersome, and they are not friendly.

I have experienced quite a few eateries in Da Nang, but I truly appreciate Gyusachi for the food quality, the restaurant space, and I highly praise the staff here. They are very enthusiastic and always take care of customers 🫶🏻 Staff: 100 points. I have visited all 3 branches, and I rate the Do Ba branch the highest. The restaurant has both buffet and a la carte options, so everyone has many choices. Oh, but I was a bit disappointed because I ordered the assorted sashimi platter, but it looked very different from the picture, so I felt a little let down.

If you are a fan of Japanese cuisine in Da Nang, Gyu Sachi is definitely a must-visit destination. I give this gyu 5 stars. The staff are extremely adorable and enthusiastic, 10 points. As for the food, no need to mention, the grilled meat has a balanced and flavorful dipping sauce; the nigiri I give 8/10 only, the rice is a bit loose🥺 it seems they don't mix the rice with vinegar here? but overall it's still okela; as for sashimi, it's delicious beyond words, I'm a sashimi fan, I ate over 10 pieces of salmon sashimi=) I must say it's very tasty, I wish the sashimi were placed on a bed of shaved ice, it would be even more delicious. Dessert is coconut ice cream or watermelon, the coconut ice cream is too sweet for me. Overall 9.5/10 ⭐️ This branch I find better than the Quang Trung branch, the staff are friendlier, more enthusiastic, and cuter.

The food here is delicious, the grilled meat is fresh and marinated just right. The buffet menu is diverse, ranging from beef and pork to sushi, sashimi, and side dishes, so you never get tired of eating. The restaurant space is clean and spacious, very comfortable to sit in, especially with plenty of parking, so it's convenient for large groups or families. The staff is extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and serves quickly. The price is also reasonable compared to the quality and experience. Overall, it's a very worthwhile grilled buffet spot to try, and I will definitely come back many times.
