Beautiful setting, high above the skyline. Great place to have a relaxing dinner.

Went for the fireworks dinner buffet. Service was bad. Dirty plates were not clear promptly. Water not refilled. Prawns not fresh. Ladle spoons for dessert all submerged inside bowls of desserts. Ice cream all melted. Staffs not able to check that the frozen fridge was not properly closed. When fireworks started, restaurant lights were not fully off. We still can see alot humans reflections on the window panels walking around and also lift lobby lights . Super disturbing. The high price for the buffet package was not worth it.

We had a great experience at the Horizontal Restaurant & Bar at the Four Points by Sheraton in Da Nang. Located on the 36th floor, the restaurant offers an amazing view that made the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered the braised pork belly, chicken satay, and wok-fried chicken, and everything was flavorful, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. We also came during happy hour, so the BOGO drinks were a nice bonus. A special thank you to Dieu for the attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. Between the great food, excellent service, happy hour specials, and stunning views, this was a memorable dining experience and we would definitely return.

You should mention and post that the swimming pool side with SEA view is under mantainance... Thats totally misleading, unprofessional and disrespectful for people coming all the way and only find it out once they arrive, like i did, even booking a lot in advance and receiving your confirmation email just yesterday. Shame on you!

Second time there, first time was without problems, second very disappointing by rude member of staff at the end. Today, had meal with friend between 6-7 pm. Attending staff was at first nice and very well trained but felt a bit rushed (waitress took order from my friend but completely forgot about me and I had to call her back, we ended up laughing together - no harm) Very weird behaviour of a female member of staff that was wearing a glasses, she came to take our payment by card. We asked to split the bill unequally, so each of us could pay for own food. Waitress came back visibly upset and gave me impression that with my every word she wanted more and more to hit or shout at me. Very unprofessional and honestly I felt insulted by her. I shared my observation with member of staff previously taking order from me when we arrived. I am sad to say I don't think it's place worth recommending at this time because of imbalance in staff behaviour

Thank you to the staff at Horizon Bar for making our stay at Four-Point Sheraton so comfortable with their exceptional service standards. Special mentions to Trinh and her colleague for making us feel so at home for 2 beautiful evenings dining and drinking at Horizon Bar. The view was amazing and service standards were beyond expectations. The beers served were top notch and truly reflected the beauty and complexities of Da Nang.

Food and service were excellent. They have a lot more on their menu than what you can see on Google Maps. Go to their website to see full menu. The Calamari app was delicious. Wok fried chicken was excellent. Crispy Noodles and Stir Fried Vegetables was also very good.

I was not an in-house guest. I only came for dessert and cocktails. The quality was quite good. All staff were friendly and polite. Ms. Trinh and Mr. Quan were very kind and helpful. Thank you for the nice service.

Best view in Da Nang Top quaily craft beer 7 Bridges is the one you must try. Friendly staff and professional service.

We went with friends on March 8th to a seafood buffet (they have a restaurant on the 3rd floor). My friend and I got terribly poisoned by oysters. Neither she nor I had ever felt so bad. It was a wild night with all the consequences of poisoning. We spent the whole next week in a coma. After a week of communicating with the restaurant, they never admitted their guilt and did not refund the money for the visit. Terrible attitude. I do not recommend going there: you will get poisoned, and no one will care.

Last month, I had the chance to visit Horizon Bar with a few friends. The high, airy space left a strong impression on me with the night view of Da Nang beach. The drinks here are quite good, the cocktails are well-mixed, though a bit pricey compared to the average. Service is good, staff are attentive and enthusiastic. However, the music is sometimes a bit loud, making it hard to chat. Overall, this place gives a relaxing vibe, suitable for dates or group hangouts.

The reviews were good and I heard the night view was nice, so I had high expectations, but the night view wasn't as pretty as I thought and loud pop songs were playing, so the atmosphere wasn't great. The food was tasty though. This is the first time I've wanted to leave a bar because of the bad atmosphere.

The bar is on the 36th floor of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel. The atmosphere is very good, not too crowded, and there are many beers to choose from.

TRINH staff member is extremely kind. I was impressed by their constant smile and friendly service. I think it's the best service. The food is also delicious.
