Had dinner at Carbone Palace tonight — a traditional French restaurant on the hotel’s top floor with an amazing view of the whole Tsim Sha Tsui harbour. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly, chatting with us throughout the evening. Highly recommend

Super expensive dinner in vietnam, not delicious, i dont recommend anyone to come, most regretting experience in my whole trip.

I came with my parents and it was really nice. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. Occasionally they try to push you to order a bit more food...! But if you order with confidence, it should be fine! It's really, really delicious.

It is a French restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The service is good, but it was not easy to understand the unfamiliar French English pronunciation. It would be better if there were a detailed English menu. The food had some disappointing aspects, but overall it was excellent. I was able to spend a good time with my family.

Above all, being able to enjoy an authentic French restaurant in Da Nang was a great highlight of this trip. If I come back to Da Nang next time, I would visit again. This is my first time at a French restaurant. Please bear with me. I ordered a 5-course meal (crab + squid) with my wife, including the pairing. Now the food starts coming out. I'm gradually not adapting. The third course is pasta. It's not bad. But for a price of over 200,000 won for two people... well, just a good experience. (For reference, cola is 90,000 dong.) Honestly, for the squid ink spaghetti, Jjapaghetti tastes better. The crab spaghetti... well, I am Korean. ㅠ ㅠ Now the fourth main course comes out. The crab... this is... The squid 'Abai Sundae' came out. The dipping sauce is just dipping sauce.

It's been almost a week since I went, but I still have trauma from being ripped off like I was scammed there. I ordered the course, but the food was really terrible and tasteless. If you weren't prepared, you should have prepared properly before starting. The hamburger photo is from a burger place (Burger House) near this restaurant that I went to to soothe my upset feelings after eating the terrible, tasteless food here.

The atmosphere is nice and it's delicious! It's great to enjoy traditional French seafood dishes in a good atmosphere and scenery!

I visited with my mother and had a meal. We ate foie gras, grilled eggplant sea bass stew, and pasta. We drank two glasses of white wine, and the price was reasonable. Of course, the food was very delicious, and the foie gras and stew were more than perfect. The two brothers from France are handsome and very kind. They try hard to recreate the home-cooked meals from France for visitors. Honestly, I hesitated whether to write a review because I'm afraid the place might get ruined if too many Koreans go there...

It was delicious. I went there in the evening craving banh mi, but they said banh mi is only available in the morning. So I ordered beer and a sandwich, and I could feel the owner's pride in the food. They also explained the menu very kindly. The ingredients are fresh and feel healthy. Not recommended for those who want spicy, stimulating junk food today! They also sell salad. Go if you want to eat healthy food~~

Delicious food. Cozy space. The servers are very professional. Tonight was my friend's birthday, so the restaurant helped bring out a cake and sang a very lovely birthday song.

Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. The restaurant's crab soup is definitely worth trying. The foie gras here doesn't quite suit my taste.= =
