Service is terrible. The staff are bad people with bad attitudes. When the food was brought out and there was no space to put it, they demanded to place it directly on top of other dishes. When we gave feedback, they took the dish and shoved it onto another table. The pumpkin soup was undercooked; when we asked to have it reheated, they took it out and slammed the door to intimidate the customers. Our group of 30 guests was all treated this way. Extremely disappointing. I have never eaten anywhere where the food is both bad and terrible, and the service is so rude and intimidating to customers.
The physical space does not match the restaurant's name. Although going with a tour means you have to accept it, it was truly terrible, from the staff to the facilities and the food.
I attended a wedding party. The service quality was quite unstable, the sound system had issues, the MC couldn't speak, and guests couldn't sing. It was only near the end of the party that the restaurant provided a portable speaker as a replacement. The party decor was sparse. The wifi was weak, and the music on the TV couldn't play. The food in one dish was scarce.
Oh my god, on the 6th/7th, we had lunch there with 160 people in a room with broken air conditioning, it was like a steam bath. The Saigon tour guide said the name of it cannot be mentioned, so that's all.

Service was extremely poor. Despite having many staff. Ordered an iced coffee but it took 30 minutes to arrive. Had to call 5-6 times before it was brought out.
The restaurant is located in a small street. Large vehicles cannot turn around.
