The dipping sauce here is delicious, but the service is terrible; only the older lady—even the owner included—was polite. I rarely write negative reviews since I work in the service industry myself, but as a local, I felt disrespected here. Whether locals or tourists, the bill usually exceeds a million VND—it’s certainly not under 500k—yet this is the first place I’ve seen that mandates a minimum order of half a kilogram of seafood per group, regardless of how much people actually eat. I visited quite a while ago, but I’m offering this feedback now because they need to improve if they want to retain customers. The staff couldn't speak English, were slow and aimless, and lacked a sense of responsibility.

Poor service attitude. The female staff member wouldn't even bother to answer, no matter how many times I called out to her.

Very rowdy. Lots of shouting and people drinking. Hygiene standards are also a bit questionable with kids playing around and dunking their hands into ice buckets. I hope they wash every bucket before refilling with ice. We came 10pm plus and ordered chicken wings, morning glory, spring rolls and beef noodles. Took a long time to get them to come take orders. The food took forever to come. Waitress walked over to tell us they ran out of chicken wings and that we cannot order alternatives because the kitchen is closing but the rest of the food will be served. Then when the first dish came, she said they aso ran out of noodles. So we were only left with 2 out of 4 dishes. Why take the order if you cannot deliver? Disappointing. Won't be back.

I really love this restaurant seafood is fresh and not expensive. If I have opportunity to go back Danang this is my one of restaurant to go back

❌This was by far the worst restaurant I visited in Da Nang. 1. I got severe diarrhea after eating here. We ordered raw oysters and other seafood, and within 24 hours I had diarrhea 8 times.Oysters was the only raw seafood I ate that day. 2. The pricing is not transparent and higher than expected. We ordered steamed squid, but the staff never mentioned that it was charged by weight or told us the final price before cooking it. We only found out when we paid. It ended up costing about USD 13.4 (KRW 19,500 / CNY 90), almost the same as prices in Singapore. 3. The menu price didn’t match what we were charged. The menu listed clams at 100,000 VND, but my friend was taken to weigh them and was charged 175,000 VND instead. The owner said it was because the portion was bigger, but the amount we received looked like a normal serving, if not smaller. 4. The food was disappointing. Every dish lacked flavor, and even the sauces weren’t good. Paying more is one thing, but the food simply wasn’t worth the price. 5. Communication was difficult. The staff couldn’t communicate in English. Only the owner spoke a little English. 6. The checkout process felt strange. The staff printed the bill three times and kept taking it back to the owner before finally giving it to us to pay. It didn’t feel very transparent. 7. VAT was added to our bill. This was the only restaurant in Da Nang that charged us VAT. I also noticed other Google reviews showing receipts without VAT, so I’m not sure why we were charged. 8. It's extremely noisy. Other customers were singing loudly and shrilly, and the staff didn't do anything about it. ⚠️Overall: I had a very poor experience here. The prices were unclear, the food was overpriced and disappointing, and I became seriously ill after eating the seafood. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to other travelers.

An amazing seafood experience! Everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The grilled prawns were juicy and perfectly cooked, the steamed clams with lemongrass and Thai basil had a light, fragrant broth, and the sea snails were fresh and delicious. The blue crabs were sweet and meaty, making every bite worth it. One of the highlights was the authentic Thai-style seafood dipping sauce. It was spicy, tangy, and packed with fresh herbs, pairing perfectly with every seafood dish. It really elevated the whole meal. The seafood was fresh, the portions were generous, and every dish was prepared with care. If you’re a seafood lover, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Poor service, ignore customer , lack of order although it just only sparkling water. The worst thing is you reuse the old glasses of old customer (still have beer inside) without apologize 👎🏻

Món cá lị om nghệ ăn bún ngon tuyệt vời! Quán ồn ào, 3 bàn xung quanh 2 bàn hút thuốc quá hôi. Phục vụ niềm nở nhưng hơi lay hoay, đáp ứng chậm. Quay lại 30%, bên đối diện thấy cũng đông

Một trong những quán hải sản mình thích nhất. Hải sản rất tươi, chế biến vừa miệng, món lên đẹp và đặc biệt là giữ được vị ngọt tự nhiên. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phục vụ nhanh, không gian thoải mái, đi gia đình hay tiếp khách đều hợp. Giá cả cũng rất ổn so với chất lượng. Mình đã ăn nhiều lần và lần nào cũng hài lòng. Ai thích hải sản tươi ngon thì Phong Mập Seafood rất đáng để thử. Ăn một lần dễ thành khách quen lắm nha 😆❤️

Ngồi quán liên tục 2 ngày mà "say" mồi đến nỗi chỉ chụp được đúng có 4 tấm hình : )) Món nào cũng tươi ngon và nêm nếm rất vừa vị minh. Các món hải sản mình đã thử như ghẹ, mực, sò, cá đuối đều tươi. Các món nhâm nhi bia như đậu hủ mỡ hành, cánh gà rang lá chanh thì xuất sắc. Phần mỳ hải sản, sợi mì ăn ổn hơn rất nhiều so với một số quán dùng loại mì phổ biến chuyên dùng để xào. Tóm lại sẽ luôn ghé khi có dịp đến Đà Nẵng để trải nghiệm các món còn lại trong menu. For foreigners, it is a MUST TRY !

อาหารก็อร่อยดี แม่ค้าพูดไทยได้นิดหน่อย แต่ระวังโดนหลอกนะ ตอนแรกแม่ค้าบอกว่าล็อปเตอร์ 2 ตัวโล 800,000 ดอง ทำได้ 2 เมนู แต่ตอนคิดเงินคิดตัวละ 800,000 ดอง สรุปจบที่ราคาค่อนข้างแพงเมื่อเทียบกับร้านอื่น
