Very simple but at the same time very well done duck salad and porridge. Something to try if you’re in the area.

This is a must-visit in Da Nang. What an experience. Very interesting flavours, and the meat is incredibly delicious. It’s extremely cheap for the quality of the food too. The only thing I didn’t like were parts of bones in the meat, so you have to be quite careful while eating.

Quán mở đến khuya, không gian nhỏ, sạch sẽ. Vịt rất ngon, thịt vịt không bị hôi, nước chấm vừa miệng, giá cả hợp lí. Trong 3 ngày ở Đà Nẵng mình đã ghé quán 2 lần, rất đáng để thử!

The texture is similar to Korean samgye-juk, and there are also soup dishes. I often visit this place when I crave chicken porridge, and I recommend dining in rather than ordering delivery. If you pack the salad and mix it with noodles, it becomes another delicacy. Since it is not boneless, you need to be careful of bones.

A congee restaurant that is highly regarded even among locals. Its deep and rich flavor is excellent enough to be selected for the Michelin Bib Gourmand. A perfect place to start the day with a bowl in the morning. You should consider that the atmosphere is completely local.

Two people ate a duck salad, two bowls of chicken-free porridge, and one large boiled duck leg, totaling 140,000 VND. - The eatery is easy to find. - The porridge has mung beans, making it more interesting to eat. The points that need to be improved - The staff did not remember the customer's order. They called the salad with the porridge, but only brought the salad, until the customer reminded them for the third time. - The duck was not plucked thoroughly, with some pieces still having duck feathers. - The salad has very little vegetables and some pieces of meat are just bones and skin. The eatery has many local customers and many men smoking, so while eating, you will be inhaling cigarette smoke. In general, the eatery is affordable, but the food is not particularly outstanding compared to many other duck salad and porridge shops throughout Vietnam, so it's not clear why it was selected by Michelin, but if you're in the area, you can consider eating here. Remember to avoid peak hours to avoid waiting for a long time.

The boiled duck meat is tender, the mixed duck salad is delicious, and the steaming hot duck porridge is also very tasty, especially on rainy drizzly days in Da Nang. I also ordered some boiled duck feet, but they were boiled a bit too soft, so I couldn't fully enjoy the chewy, crunchy texture of boiled duck feet. The eatery also serves duck blood soup, but the preparation takes a bit longer because it's usually not pre-made.

Duck is delicious, clean. The owner is cheerful and enthusiastic.
