We had our son’s one-year-old birthday party at Shine Kids, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had many guests, including lots of young children, and everything went so smoothly. I’m not a professional party planner, but the manager made the whole process feel easy. He spoke perfect English and was able to clearly explain all the different options and pricing levels. He helped us think through what would work best for our group and was especially helpful in guiding us on what kind of food to order and how much would be appropriate for the adults. The playground was fantastic for the kids, and it made the party fun and stress-free for the parents as well. Overall, we felt supported, cared for, and very satisfied with the whole event. I would highly recommend Shine Kids to anyone looking to host a children’s birthday party!

Khu vui chơi đã đổi chủ từ tháng 11-2025. Chủ mới là bạn người Pháp. Chủ chăm chỉ, vắng khách tự trông cửa hàng, tự dọn dẹp nên khu vui chơi sạch sẽ ngăn nắp. Giá vé hợp lý nên nhiều trẻ đến chơi, kết quả là bé nhà mình rất dễ kiếm bạn chơi cùng

Nhân viên và chủ quán nhiệt tình. Khu chơi + cafe cho ba mẹ. Ngay mặt tiền nên dễ đi.

The attitude of the shop owner is very bad

Excellent. Not expensive, well-maintained. The coffees are delicious and you can eat excellent seafood there! Great place for children to play while adults have a good time :D I recommend 100%

The drink shop is okay, but the owner's attitude is extremely bad. Customers come in, block the road, sell tickets first??? Ask for the wifi password and get a rude attitude??? Probably won't come back.

I've only known Shine for less than a month but have already visited 4–5 times because I find the space clean. I usually go with my husband and child, so I often sit at a table to let the father and son play. Today when I came, the place had a birthday party, but they still accepted outside customers, so I was okay to enter. I sat working for a while, then took my child to the play area and ate (today it was just the two of us). When I went downstairs to leave around 9 PM, the table I was sitting at had been given to another group, the drinks had been cleared away, and my bag had also disappeared. Inside the bag was a laptop, left out in the open like an unclaimed item. I called the cashier, and then the owner came to look for the bag, but absolutely NO ONE APOLOGIZED. May I ask: - Why were two cups of water, not even half drunk, hastily cleared away? - If you're merging tables for a large group, shouldn't you at least move the customer to another proper table? - How could a customer's personal belongings be cleared away without any notice? This way of working shows a lack of respect for customers and extremely poor handling of the situation. After today's experience, I will definitely never return to Shine again.
